i donno i think i would have gone the high road and put zombie instead of ebola. Ebola is something very real right now and yes it is hard to actually catch it you need to have contact with infected feces or blood.
Are you making this foam or just producing it? I would like some photos of your work area. The picture you provided looks almost like pool noodle that is cut to size.

It looks just like pool noodle. It's as if you took a piece of brass or a punch and die set and bored a hole through a pool noodle. I think evilbunnyo is asking if you actually make this foam from scratch such as extruding it yourself from pellets or are you taking a price of foam that is already made and making into a usable size to be made into darts.
