About Me
In Australia airsoft is illegal and paintball has so many restrictions it's not funny, looks like I'm a DIY homemade style nerfer.

I tried to build it and it just ended up a big failure Lmao. I had EVERYTHING planned then I get to the hardware store and they have no parts I need so I had to get adapters and all this crap which completley STUFFED the egronomics, aside from that in the end it's only a single shot pump action that yes can shoot further if made corrently but still when I just wasted $60 and you can buy a magstrike for like $25 from kmart whats the point. I have learnt my lesson and have been a very naughty boy *Quietly returns to corner*
Oh and btw thanks for the links to the let off valves that may come in handy some day.
You are all awesome, but unfortunatley this gun isn't.

In my personal experience, no, questions are not what this forum is for. Also, this almost certainly belongs in the homemades section of this forum. You might have better luck on this facebook page for asking questions, assuming you have a facebook account, as this site isn't exactly the most friendly when it comes to questions. Also, when discussing theoretical stuff like this, a simple diagram with measurements is quite helpful visually. Also, there are many examples of homemade air tanks in the "homemades" section, you can check the directory. There are usually: back pressure tanks, pull-pin tanks, and simple ball-valve tanks which is what you seem to be talking about. I suggest familiarizing yourself with all such types as well as reviewing the safety warnings about PVC under air pressure so you don't blow up PVC in your, or someone else's, hands.
Congrats on at least using fairly good grammar/punctuation in your first post, although there were mistakes, at least it looks like you tried which is why I'm replying at all.
Admins, please note that none of the previous post was meant to be back-seat-moderating, but rather just a helpful and constructive reply.
Yes that's fucking wonderfull that most people on here have control issues like on all internet forums, now if someone normal could actually give me a hand.....?
