I agree with mak cliped blasters don't vacuum load. Try adding e-tape to the plunger head and lubing it if this does not work i don't know what to tell you.
This is the accepted and proven way to reinforce boltsleds. I haven't heard of this ever braking, and if it has for anyone it was just bad implementation with the glue. This design won't give you any problems.
Epoxy putty works great! I have a yellow longshot boldsled that is reinforced with half a stick or more of epoxy putty, if you'd be interested in buying it
I'm interested what internal\external mods have been done and what would you be willing to sell it for
i have always used hand powerd screw drivers because it been the easiest thing. like exo said you could use a racheting screw driver. theres not much else to use unless your gonna take the risk of stripping your screws.
