Creating Velcro Linings on Vortex Discs

I have a sports Arena where gamers shoot each other with dart tags. I want to introduce Vortex blasters and is trying to find a way to put velcro linings on the side of the velcro discs so that they stick on the vests of gamers when they get shot. Any ideas on how this can be done? Check out our sports Arena at Dart Ops so that you have an idea on how our games go. Thanks for any help.

Death Match Elimination with Revive

The beauty with an enclosed Arena like what we have at Dart Ops is that gamers can break into Teams and play a Marshalled game where an actual official calls somebody out. When players get tagged, they step out of the netted gaming area and wait for a teammate to shoot the opposing team's base targets to get the revive. What is created is an objective-filled strategic game mode where gamers decide wether to go for a revive, which is dangerous, or simply carry on eliminating all opposing players. Team Death Match Elimination with Revive is one of the game modes we play everyday at Dart Ops, and one of the actual favorites. Visit us at DART OPS for videos and photos.
