This may be a slight necro, but I just ordered my motors, they dropped in beautifully, and i did not have a thick gauge wire, so I wired the motors in the same configuration as the stock motors with the thin wire form NF lights.
Now, I am using rechargeable 1.2v batteries, and the motors wont rev. When I touch my 9v with adapter to the wiring, it sounds like a jet engine, so i know the motors are fine. Are the 4x 1.2v batteries not enough, should I be using 4x 1.5 duracell or something batteries?
Or, can I run these motors at 9v, without fear of burning out the motors? Or even if I can, should I still just s6v?

I'm looking into redoing my side panels of my +bow, I want to machine solid piece panels, vs the standard 2 pieces, as well as making the bottom a bit longer to more comfortably add a plate for attachments.
My 1/8th inch polycarb side plates have held up wonderfully, but I am trying to avoid the expense and wait of shipping new material in. My Lowes carries polycarbonate sheets to use to replace windows that comes in .093 inch thickness. Will this material take the stress as well as the 1/8th inch (.125) standard polycarb?
Also, can sheet 1/4 inch PVC sheet be used for side plates? I remember reading on a different home made thread someone had used 1/4 inch pvc sheet, but I haven't been able to find the thread.
Thank you.

Well, I'll e out of town on the 28th, but if we have a real crowd, I might be able to bring Ninjas again on the next weekend. That is my 21st, and i have other friends who play Nerf coming to the area to celebrate. If we are in condition we can play.
Suggestions, A definite list and order of games.
More blaster usage, less melee driven stuff.
Red/Blue armbands for teams.
Find a park with lighting and play in the evening, it's summer, and it's hot.

@Shay Nay Nay,
As a substitute for the PETG, you may be able to use 3/4 inch thinwall pvc, usually found at ACE and maybe home depot.
I've done a new NFs with the material and its the same OD as the NF plunger tube and about 2/100ths of an inch smaller ID.
If if remember correctly the Tech Target PT is about the same Diameter as the NF so that should work
