Where would the bolt go?

If the parts came off cleanly (no severe warping, shattered edges), you could epoxy them back on. It might also be possible to cut another one from fiberglass, but that would be too difficult to attempt for some people.

I'm worried that even epoxy might not do it though. All the stress of the spring/constant firing is on it.

I'm kind of grasping at straws, but is there any more short term method? Even if it isn't as permanent? I have a big war saturday, and it would be great to be able to use my brassed LS.

I have found that the FBR supplier (home depot) I had been using, recently chnaged their FBR slightly. It is now too large too work in many of my barrels. I was wondering if, rather than re-modding all my guns, or even finding a new supplier, if there's a process to stretch the FBR some in the creation process?

I want something preferably easier and more accurate than stretching each dart individually. I thought I had seen something like this before, but maybe not.

If there is no such method, I will set out finding a new FBR source, but I figured it couldn't hurt to ask here.

The edges are deburred. And now I'm just confused. After some further examination and cleanup, it doesn't seem to matter what size dart anymore, both sizes mess up.

In the case of a misfire the dart within the barrel is loose enough to fall out. I even put in a second spring, and results are still random.

Should I downstep and try 9/16 again?
