Questions On Spring Streching

I've never been a big fan of stretching springs on my guns, mainly because i dont know how far to go. Ive heard people messing their guns up because they overstrech. So, any help would be appreciated with how much you should stretch them.

Rf20 Problem

I did the simple cosmetic modification on my rf ( took off black casing ), but when i pump it, the barrel rotates and it sounds like air is coming out. I really dont know what could be causing this, and ive yet to hear of anyone having the same problem.

Low Splitfire Pressure

I put 6" brass barrels on my sf, and put a stefan with a 3/0 fishing weight in it, and it only got about 25-30 feet. I tried a bb weighted stefan and it was about the same. I pump it around 10-12 times. i cant see any visual problems with it. Whats's wrong?

Sm750 Brass Barrel

I wanted to put some brass on my sm750. Should i nest it in a little bit of 17/32 and put some 9/16 in it? or should i just put a single 9/16 barrel? Or should I just use pvc? please give measurments with your help. Thanks.
