That will be kind of hard because i did this mod without pics first. But...
1. Open the gun. Then separate the two large orange barrel pieces, in the left side of the pic.
Keep the spring and poles on the right side of the picture (they are on the left and right side of the gun).

You will find these AR pieces inside:

2. Take the right hand AR piece and drill a hole in it like so. You will not need the spring or the pole.
(I have earplugs stuffed in them; they probably do nothing, so just ignore that).
3. Return the AR piece you drilled to the front barrel piece. Cut off the barrel.
See the part my index finger is resting on? that's where the barrel was. There is still a bit of the barrel. You want it to look like this (although in reality i have a slanted cut that you can't see, which is bad).
4. Force a cpvc barrel down the front. I used 3" for stock darts.
Use two hands for this; you need to keep the AR as far towards the front of the barrel piece, so hold it while pushing the cpvc through, until the cpvc is touching the AR. (edit: it works better if you dont push it in all the way, so you should just push it enough to keep air from getting out)
5. Wrap etape 3 times around the plunger. Now you can vacuum load.
you're trying to increase the OD of the part my finger is pointing to.
6. Put the whole thing back together. Remember to replace the short poles that stick out the sides.
7(optional). If you have knex, build one of these:
8. Jam the knex thing through the front sight. This will give you a ammo rack. The red stick on top should go over the round thing on the side of the sight to keep the rack facing in a favorable direction.
To fire arrows:
Put a cpvc coupler on the end and put the arrow over the entire coupler.
The stock darts can be fired while using the coupler.
edit: ranges are in 60s... not very optimal.
