I got it beat the 25th, but our electricity went off so i couldnt play online. Im trying to figure out how to get more armor.

I know how to get more armor. Do you want me to PM you the list. All I have are the campaign armor unlocks. The rest are on live.

Eh, the weapons changed a great deal between UT99 and 2k4.
FPS games in general are not very revolutionary. I just prefer the weapon balance and gameplay of the UT series above all of the others. It's great for LAN parties because it doesn't require much practice for anyone to just jump in and play.

Don't get me wrong, I love me some UT2k4. My main point was I'm tired of people calling Halo 3 "revolutionary". To them I say "YAA YAA BITCH!!!"

I played it. I beat it. I loved it. This is the best game I have played all year. I if you don't have then you should get it. You will not regret getting it.

Actually yes. Me and my brother have colds so me and him stayed up playing it on co-op mode.

Prometheus, I know Halo2 for pc just came out this past summer (and it's for VISTA ONLY), so I'm assuming it will be a while for Halo3 on pc. And it will be directx 10 compatible, obviously, so only vista users can enjoy it. That's the big reason why I don't want to get it on pc, b/c i just upgraded my desktop and dont want to do so again just for vista and directx10... yet.

Halo 3 isn't that great.
Multiplayer is the same.
The only difference between this and the old ones are new weapons, vehicles, characters, and graphics.

I found that the single player is more fun and better than multiplayer.

The Darkness is almost as good if not for it's short single player.
Gears of War is all around better. Multiplayer, single player, and its just extreme.

Beat it the first night it came out... Skipped school and 10 hours later it was done...

Not really. The storyline was great compared to most plots, the graphics and guns kicked ass, and multiplayer it is one of the world's most popular online games. Great vote in my book, and it deserves the repect Bungie worked to get it. I'm not calling it the be-all-end-all of gaming here, but H3 is one of the better games out there.

I beat the game with my friend on Saturday. It was set on legendary. Took us 26 straight hours of game play to beat it. But god damn was it amazing. Now every time I fall asleep I hear the distant sounds of battle rifles and plasma grenades. And the flood just pissed me off to the point the gravity hammer was needed to beat the halo level. I'm still disappointed we didn't get to see gravemind. And how did MC die? It didn't show it in the end movie. Did I miss something?

If you hang around after the credits it shows him and Cortana still alive but lost in space. Also I hear the Legendary ending shows the ship heading for a random planet.

I slept over at my friends house friday and I played from 9pm to 4am. I would have played more if the guys wernt pussies. We had 2 360's and we system linked. Multiplayer was fun and single is just as fun as anyother first-person shooter.

Anybody knows where I can get a 360 cheap/used but still works with the cables and a controller for under $200? Pawn shops? Ebay has one I know.

I bought a refurbished one from JT's this and that shop on Ebay.
It froze every 30 minutes. But I bought it for 170.

Go to craigslist.com then click on your city name. Search for xbox 360 and you can set the minimum or maximum you want to pay. Then send the poster an email or call them if they posted a phone number. But be aware that you have to pick it up from wherever they decide to meet you for the transaction. Not to long ago someone posted that they were selling some stuff, a lady came to buy it, got diddled, got killed, and the guy who did it was using an abandoned house as the meeting place. He got arrested though because that house was right next door to his own. What a dumbass.

My cousin works for microsoft as a lab tech... They are coming out with a game called Halo Wars... Most likely a multiplayer CTF and Army battle...

I've seen commercials. I don't think it would do that well to be honest. I may be wrong, but thats what makes life fun.

Yeah but think about it... 50 troops on each side just colliding and the first to be eliminated wins... My cousin Will be one of the first to play but still won't be out for a long while.
