When I was about 7, my dad bought 2 planes that looked like this

but with blue stripes.
One went to my uncle and the other to his best friend.
I was not allowed to even look at the damn things...
About 3 years ago, my uncle gave his to me, and it's been stored away in the basement since.
If I ever go into flying RC crafts, I'd do the same thing I did with RC cars. Buy the mini versions so I can bring them anywhere and play (I had Tomy's "BitChar-G" years before Radio Shack came out with their "Zip-Zaps").
Anyways I'd go for these:
Mini RC ChoppersThe best thing about those auctions, since the people sell them in the crapload, you can just put the smallest bid, and no one will compete with you, they'll just wait for the next ending auction that will end in... 3 minutes?
