If, and this is a big huge ass if, EA/Hasbro makes a NERF blaster game it will be for the computer. They would gear it towards little kids meant to play with these guns, so that means hackers could re arrange code and insert images, change specs, along with other hacker type things could possibly made to fit the NICs needs for a modifiable NERF gun game. If it does come out I would be the first to explore these possiblites and report about them ounce I got it sorted to how people like us want it. That is if EA/Hasbro does do it.

This is what I was talking about earlier. That, and this one too. Hasbro supplied materials and their name for controllers before. This doesn't mean that it will be the only tie they have to the gaming world besides N:AB, but don't get too hopeful.
