Hey Guys!

We are big into Nerf. We have totally impromptu battles and we mod and make stuff.. But since we had alot of video experience have made some videos and put them too music.

Nerf Assassin 1 The start of a legend...

Nerf Assassin 2 The Hotel My fav personally.

Nerf Assassin 3 The Assassin ruins a picnic.

We just did the 4th one tonight so it is in prost production and editing. PLEASE comment on these things. We wanna know what people think and not just our diluted video.

Alright, tonight's your lucky night because I can't get to sleep so... Ima go ahead and watch all three of these for ya. Don't pretend I'm an expert though, it's just an opinion. ; o)

#1: Slow to start. Slow, in general. But especially slow to start, with the loading of the LS clip. You don't need to see him climbing out of the window twice. Also, you can clearly see the victim's eyes blinking in the final shot. But an interesting story.

#2: Better. Still slow. I don't think the getting of the candy was necessary. It would have been nice if he'd found the orders and tried to do something about them. *shrug* Ah, well. Oh yea and again, you don't need repeat shots of everything.

#3: Like the humor. Still slow. Still don't need multiple shots of everything. Especially not the eating and faces.

General suggestion: It'd be cool if we could see the orders/plans, and know what's going on. They don't have to be too complicated, just... who, when, where, armament. Notes on the victim/how to ID them.

Hope that wasn't too harsh. Apologies if it was.

EDIT: Maybe I'm just in a bad mood. So don't feel too bad if I didn't like them. It's not the movies. ; o)

I guess you have some heavy duty industrial strength toilet paper holders. Do they advise you to wear eye protection when changing rolls?

The assassin needs new gloves. It looks like he fumbles with every single thing he touches.

I watched these a couple weeks ago, I'm not gonna watch 'em again right now since I'm on mobile broadband, but I had a laugh. Was gonna comment and tell you about the Haven, but I forgot my password and didn't feel like signing up again.

Like flaming hilt said, they're all slow to start, and the third didn't need such long faceshots.
But don't get me wrong, I like them, and I doubt I could ever make ones like this. If you are going to do more, speed up the tempo a bit.
Good work.

Something else I just thought of -- it'd be cool to have more than just the main characters. Maybe a cop, or a pedestrian who gets mistaken for the victim, or an assistant to the assassin, or a sidekick to the victim. Anything to add variety.

That was probably the gayest fucking Assassin videos I have ever seen. Why was there a blanket on a picnic bench? How did that fat kid fit out of the window? Why did he keep stuffing his face with watermelon? Why did that chubby red headed kid keep making different shocked faces. Generally when you do a bunch of takes for a scene you use one fucking take! Not all of them. This has to be the worst representation of Nerf assassin I have ever seen. This is also right up there with the cheesiest Nerf videos I have ever seen. The worst part is, it looks like this took some time to film and splice together. This would be cool if a 12 year old did it but you guys are older. I wish I never watched these videos. I think your time would have been more productive molding feces into little sculptures.

I don't get my kicks out of you,
I don't feel the way I used to do.
I know its bad,
After what we had,
But I’m just not the angel you knew.

Feces into little sculptures. Eck. My dog does that without even trying. There was this one that looked like Dick Cheney....

Flaming Hilt: Thanks for the comments. They where not evil or mean at all. We wanted constructive and meaingful comments like yours. They were our 1st edits and 1st attempts. We are impressed that there are over 100 views on anything. We might reedit them and get the tempo going. It all depends.

hierarchy: The eating will be explained in the coming episodes..

chalywong: Point taken. Thx.

RAMBO: Hey I don't blame you for not wanting to watch anything on mobile broadband. I wouldn't even watch a REALLY nice adult video on mobile broadband......$$$$!!

Liohead: We just did a bunch of editing with the faces and just for overreacted. And it shows. If we reedit it will be shortened and changed out.

Forsaken_angel24: Thanks for the constructive comments. I'll be sure to take your feces on youtube and mold them into something better. Okay. I vented... But honestly. I wanted constructive comments. Not mocking my attempts and mocking my friends and what I can do. I've seen your videos and your videos are just stalking people and shooting them with no theatrics. We just have a different way of representing the idea. In ours people die. In your people giggle and say Nice Shot.

Pineapple: Yeah. Thanks. I just met him...

I would try to not take offense from Forsaken Angel. He's a great guy, really.

I just think the general consensus around here is that NERF is something you play. A theatrical movie can be cool and all, but what is really valued around here is actual gameplay.

Angel's videos aren't staged. They're the real shit. It's like watching COPS as opposed to Die Hard.

It's great that you took the time to produce a video with a plot and everything, especially with using nerf guns as props. I, for one, think that you should spend an equal amount of time (hopefully more) getting out there, making teams, and flinging the foam in each others face without a script.

Videos are cool too, though.
