He can't. He made it by melting PVC to the exact size he needed, and very few people on this forum are able to do that.

If you have a lathe and know how to use it, you won't really need a writeup for this gun...like Carrtoon was saying, it's quite simple, but very precisely made.

Do you think you can post pictures of the gun with the endcap on please? Is your pressure chamber 1" pvc, because thats what It looks like to me. Also, where did you get that o-ring?

Holy shit. That thing's a beauty. You make all my ideas horribly obsolete. I'm gonna have to get off my ass and finally make a homemade that uses a trigger, instead of the usual dart firing ramrocket configuration.

I've put a lot of thought into it and im pretty confident that you could make one of these guns using regular PVC. 1/2" endcaps fit pretty snugly into 1" 200 PSI PVC, so the endcaps could be used for the plunger head and the 1" 200 PSI PVC could be what holds the plunger tube. You could use PETG or brass for the barrel/plunger rod. And 1 1/4" PVC fits nicely over the 1" PVC. Does any body see any problems using these materials to make this gun?

very good gun, but im still kinda confused about how the trigger works. i see its a variations of the clothespin trigger(or just a regular clothespin trigger and im just not seeing it right), but i dont exactly see what you did to make it work like that.

Search Carbon`s Clothespin trigger, and it tells you how the trigger system works.
