[Famine]

I was just skimming through Evil's list of East Coast Wars and noticed that there's a bit of a gap between Deal (June 30th) and the Long Island Nerf Out (July 28th). Since I don't see any info on Hershfest, I was wondering if anyone in the area would be up for something on July 14th or 15th?

Nothing fancy, no invites or preplanned rounds, just something low-key to stay loose for Apoc. I'd be willing to travel to a nearby park or host something around here.

Let me know if there's any interest.

Also the park is called Wilde Memorial Park, on Maple Ave across the street from the Ambulance Corps.
The field is in the back behind the roller hockey court. You cant miss it.

I might be able to hold one in the Glen Rock park that we had BCNO at. It was a fun war ask the people that showed up.

I couldn't make it those dates as I'm going on vaccation. Anything before that would work best for me.

I'd be interested but the 14th would be impossible. It's Maryann's brother's birthday on that saturday and I need to go to stay in the good graces of my future mother-in-law. The 15th will be better, though I'm going to be in alot pain for work the next day. I may have a location in my town if the HCNO grounds are unavailable, but no promises.

Speaking of, we need another BCNO. I was going to plan one in April and completely forgot. I'm not sure if Glen Rock is the best location though, as Wilde Memorial Park is very small. Ridgewood has some very nice parks, but the good ones tend to be popular and filled with people.

Jesus Christ, if I make it to this war plus LI and MA, I will nerf 5 weekends in a row. That's just retarded. I am definitely in the mood for another go. As long as I can go this one solo and only have to worry about my own shit, count me in.

I vote for HCNO. Hershfest is pushed back until after Apoc. It will tentatively be replacing Gnomefest, plus I won't have time to do anything with it until then.

All the good Jersey wars tend to be in the Southern part of the state. I don't have a car, so I've never made any except APOC, since I was in the area. It would be nice to have a BCNO, for the sake of actually having a war nearby.

I agree with McFlurry and Duxbarian to have another BCNO because I have never attended a major war, and I live in Bergen County.

I don't think that I can make a mid-July war. I'm taking off a lot of days in both July and August, sorry. I think the rest of the summer I'll be making it to the Long Island War, Apoc, and Hershfest, but the chances of me attending any more events are weak. Good luck getting something going though.

Looks like that was all it took to Necro a fellow Nerfer. Since I figured you all but called it a day for nerf, I wanted to host SOMETHING at Tindall. It's a great park that a lot of the new blood hasn't seen yet.

Looks like almost all woods with a few open paths, but it's hard to get a good idea of what areas is a dirt path and what is open field since all the open ground is covered in snow.

If the Bergen County Field allows for more people to attend like Dux and Mcflurrywe should have it there. I went to the first BCNO the field is pretty nice. Mostly open with some trees evenly spread apart. Mcflurry go and take some pictures of the field.
