I came up with a very crude drawing.
The rectangle symbolizes where there could be a very large plunger, and the oval one symbolizes any one point where an airtank could be.
After looking the picture over more it's an air gun, hence the pump to pressurize on the bottom instructions.

EDIT: Woops this is not the gun I bought. And now that I look at it, it does have the potential to be pretty good since it launches balls. I recently purchased the Lightning Blitz ball gun. Do Not Buy It.

Its a pumping gun for sure, I have seen pumps like that before, on this little spiderman water shooter, exept for it was smaller.I just don't see how it would "presureize" with a pump that is a cocking lever. It looks too much like a Maxshot to me.

Actually, I think that's the grip.It looks like you pump it with the grip underneath. The pump on top looks fake.

bottom pump loads balls, top one cocks it, I assume. I don't think it's that hard to figure out.
Nowhere for the extra balls to be kept, so you can't cock to reload. Definitely ammo holder or grip.

There's another Buzzbe ballgun out there - the Lightening Strike. I saw one at my local TRU today.
This is pretty much a reactor, with a camera-style flashbulb at the base of the green tube that flashes when you pull the trigger.
I couldn't test, because I didn't buy one and the pump was locked in place in the packaging, but I believe it may also flash when the pump comes all the way back while you're holding the trigger - that is, when you fire a ball.
I say this because holding the trigger as instructed by the box produces a tiny high-pitched whine, like disposable cameras make while charging their flash.
Both of these guns use yellow balls - balls that I'm hoping are the same size as the old nerf ballistic balls - I may be able to cheaply get a refill for my old ballzooka then, because Buzzbee is good about selling refills.
