Hey guys, just thought I'd like to introduce a game or somewhat of one which my friend just brought me into... It's called "Lost" and you have to score like a point within 30 days or you are eliminated.
"This game is a student project that aims to show how 7 million people connect and become the game with the most number of players ever. It's about finding new ways of communicating an idea and crossing the boundary between the internet and the real world." More detail and Information is posted on the site.

I thought it was like a game... Like an rpg or MMorpg... pretty dumb though but a good way to promote his site.

Hmm, the programming(web and game) seems pretty simplistic, but the base idea could have potential with some tweaking/better scripting.



Also - Are you really still here SA? If you have a problem with other people promoting websites on forums you should take a marketing class. Word of mouth is the no. 1 way to get publicity/users/traffic. Not that the site is Brian's to begin with, but you really should stop bitching about WOM promotion or you should shut the fuck up altogether. And I'm really hoping for the latter.

Maybe not the most exciting game... however I find it as something like facebook or myspace, checking for a post but instead with updated points? I still havn't had any time to actually invent a way in the real world to invite people to the site. It isn't my website either. Top 10 people get 500 dollars however I don't think I'll get anywhere near that seeing as the number 1 person has what... "cyberqwert is 1st with a score of 9354."
