Sorry for the double post but I was wondering if there are any limitations to what guns I can bring.

Not that I know of; It's Sam's war so double-check with him but I don't think anything has ever been banned as long as you are smart about it (ie no 5 foot shots with a Titan). Janga's monstrosity will probably be there again (WoOt!) so I just wouldn't worry about it.

Attendance from here is still 5, though it could be 6 if rides work out.

As for DARTS: No you can't use mine this time. Sorry, but I haven't made any since the last war and I'm fueling 5-6 people now. I am sad to say you will have to use your own this time around. : o\ I will probably still be bringing the PC though, dart shortage aside.

As for new mods/homemades, it's looking grim. Carpet got pushed back a week because of slow delivery so that means less time at the workbench. I already have to check everything out of the box to make sure the move didn't harm them. But hopefully I will be able to manage to pull something together. We'll see. Fingers crossed.

Darts won't be a problem this time around. I've got ~150 red foam darts, 50 megas, and a bag full of darts that fit in CPVC as a last resort.

Ryan: I haven't banned anything in the past, but don't depend on using anything super powerful in case it's too powerful.

I live in the twin cities area, but I've never been to a nerf war that was organized online. Can you all fill me in so I can see if it works out?

Just checking to see what time everyone will be there. I'll be there by 10:00 AM. I've been range testing my guns and checking accuracy and the SM 1500 I brought last time gets 200' with an angled shot, but too many of those shots and the vinyl tubing connecting the pump to the tank blows (I've done it three times already)! See you all there!

Carbon and I are shooting for 10:00 also but most likely 10:30 in case we stop for breakfast.

I will be coming back from duluth that morning. I'll be shooting to get back by 10:00-10:30ish, but for sure no latter than 11:00 It would be nice if people got there earlier so that they could "reserve" that area, but don't feel obligated.

Just checked the weather forecast for Saturday the seventh. Good news, no rain for two days before or after is predicted, so even if they're a little off, we should have dry weather. The predicted high is 89 degrees, so it will likely be fairly hot, but not as bad as Tuesday for anybody who was out in that weather. Man that was a scorcher!

4 days left! I'll be coming home earlier than expected so if people could start getting there a little after 10:00 AM, that would be awesome. Is anyone still confused about anything? I'll go through the first post and make everything clear and clean it up a bit.

Looks like I'm gonna have to bow out. I had an unexpected family visit fall on me, and while I have the day on Saturday, I still have a lot I still have to prep for on either side of Saturday...I can't take a whole day away.

Someone over here dropped out too, so I'll be bringing 4 total now instead of 4 and myself. Otherwise, just made four bags of darts, all the guns are prepped... I just can't wait!

Any clue if construction is still blocking the entrance to the park? This might be troublesome for Ryan and others who haven't been there yet. As to hotels, I'd ask Hilt or Sam. They live in the cities and know it the best.

Oh, and Ryan. I still have that LOTR Uruk Hai Crossbow from last year. I think it was $25 bucks at TRU. Let me know if you still want her. I'm bringing my modded one that is quite sick, so you can see it in action also.

Definitely. I would still love to have my hands on one of those guns. If you could get a brand new one that would be sweet. I can mod it when I'm there since I am brining everything I will need to have my own little workshop.

Yup, I've been tuning the SNAP 1 and 4 in the past week, finally screwing down certain parts, getting them ready to really run around with them. I can just see it, I finally get to use them, and they explode on me. I have a few combos in mind, looking forward to see how they actually work.

And as long as we're making requests, please bring the Tec-9, Carrtoon...I gotta see that.
