Maybe it's just me, but can't you HEAR how asinine that sounds just reading it? Yes. Really I'm just a teddy bear who likes to yell a lot. I'm not going to lie, I think I'm a good nerfer, but I wouldn't say that an ENTIRE TEAM needs to come and deal with me when someone yells "Hersh is coming this way." Happens all the time.

That just inspired me to get out to a war. I definitly agree, I don't relly see a point in nerfing if it's not competitive. It's fun competition.

I would hate to think the East Coast guys on the board give off this vibe of "over-competetiveness" considering how much we gear our events towards fun, rather than winning. We're all friendly enough to acknowledge how good eachother are and how well we all do regardless of the team we're on.

We're a friendly bunch. Just cuz we Nerf a whole lot and tease eachother online doesn't mean that we have something to prove.

If I lived closer to Jersey (or had a driver's license) I'd be going to every war. I haven't missed a DCNO since I decided to start going to them and I've met some great people at all of them. After having such awesome times at all of those wars, I want to get Ohio Nerfers on their feet. That's why I'm trying to organize the war in Cleveland.

So the sole reason Ohio's going to (hopefully) become a Nerfing hub for the first time since '03 is because of those East Coasters I've met in the last year or so. You should be proud of yourselves.

Quick note: I didn't mean to generalize East Coast Nerfers. I just said that term because I don't remember exactly who said what, but only that it came from an East Coaster (when I was referring to them.)

And NerfMonkey, hopefully your dream will come true. I'm behind you 100%, hopefully we can get Ohio back on the map. We'll have to start having a lot of wars so that we get a large following; get a nice group of guys to go kick some East Coast ass this summer

We definitely need to get the Ohio hub back online. I completely enjoy nerfing with the same 3-8 people cause we have a blast, but the more new blood the better.

Anyways, besides the Pitt war, I would really like to attend an East Coast nerf event this year money and time permitting. They just seem like a complete blast to attend.

Slug, you need to come out to 'Geddon. So I can meet you, and shoot you. And than hopefully have a bar-b-que afterwards and talk about Godzilla (I think thats the only thing I remember form last year, was tlaking about Godzilla with Toj and OMC). Anyway, seriously, you should. That you can say you have nerfed with the best. Like the actual best (West Coast).
