SCH 40 PVC pipe typically has a maximum pressure rating of 110psi. The magstrike internals won't cycle beyond 80 psi so if you fill beyond 80 psi you need a non-relieving regulator (it's good to use one anyways). Fill beyond 90psi and you risk having your tank turn into a bomb. It's not advisable to use a plastic tank when you need to operate above 100psi.captainslug why only go to 90 psi my sch 40 is rated to 330 psi. i personally wouldnt go that high but i would go to 120.
