Ideally, you'll be doing a barrel replacement, if that's the case you can saw off the existing barrels and cut out the pegs and air restrictors with an exacto like this:

If for some reason you want to retain the existing barrels, twist the pegs out with needle-nose pliers until they break off. Don't yank, sometimes that pulls apart the front of the valve.
More SF modding goodness here.

Thanks.
By the way do you think i should trade it for a sharp shooter2?It shoots like 12 feet but it's unmodded?

In my opinion, the SharpShooter II and the SplitFire are the two best pistols Nerf has ever made.
Properly modded, the SF has better range and the SSII has better consistency and ROF.
If you have the opportunity to try out the SSII, decide which gun feels better for you, not which gun shoots better. Your style of play can adapt to the differences in performance, but the gun that you're more comfortable with will hit your target more often.

Once you've opened up the case, the pump can easily be pulled out.
Yes, plugging the pump will help without a barrel mod but not all that much since the excess pressure is going to cause the darts to fishtail when exiting the barrels. After plugging the pump, make sure you don't overpump it - I generally don't go beyond 9 or 10 pumps though some people report going as high as 12 without problems.
