I am trying to make safe stefan darts but it isnt doing so good... I tried making foam tipped ones, not arrow dynamic because it has no dome. I tried making Forsaken Angel's Ruff Stuff Safe Darts, except the darts suck so much that some of the top part is off a bit so I can't ram it down a barrel. I tried to use foam felt tips but they didn't turn out good. I tried to use regular stefans and they always turn out bad... Any ideas?
Rubber Tiped Stefans?

Oh, the matchsticks can't be rammed down a barrel, right? They look too wide at the front part..

He copied my method but with black plasti-dip instead.
The rubber will turn as hard as hotglue in 5-6 months.
