11AM-Noon sounds good considering for the NJ crew its a 5 hour plus drive. We'll leave at 7am I guess? I'll leave as early as it takes for us to really get in a days worth of rounds.

Also... How many Massachusettes Nerfers are coming?

There is a possibility that I may be able to go to this war, it just depends on my money situation at that point and how tired I will be after the Rocky Horror show. My girlfriend may also want to come to give me a hand shooting photos and video. I may even have a modded gun to play one or two rounds with if my knee feels like it. I'll just need to get in touch with some of the NJ nerfers about carpooling.

Alright lets see some more MA Nerfers post on here. There are possibly 6 NJ area Nerfers making this trip and I'd like to see some more MA representation. I need to know that you guys are serious about this before I invest my entire weekend and a modest amount of money into making this trip.

So... How many MA Nerfers will be there? If you aren't sure if you're going, don't post. If you're definitely going to be there, please, let us know.

OK well I'm unsure if I'm coming but I have some questions

- Well I think I'm going to six flags with my family later on the 19th unless if rain or something stops us. SO I could probably go to the war for like 3-4 hours and then leave for six flags since I'm literally next to Milton.

- So i the starting time definitly like 11 Am - noon? When will it end? I may need to leave a little early if I do come.

-I also have a problem with stefans, that I'll expain later if I am defintly coming.

I'm DEFINATELY gonna be there.

I'll be bringing 1-2 people, as previously advertised.

I talked to my melrose buddy. He says that he's still unsure about his friends, but he's coming. I'm gonna check in with him tomorrow and get a head count.

The milton crew will probably be about 3-4 people as well.

There's other random people here and at NHQ as well. There's gonna be a good turnout from MA, don't worry about it.

About the time, 11-12 sounds good. Anyone wanna solidify it? I can make either, I think that 12 would maybe work better for the NJ'ers, for then they have more time to get up here. And I'd like to nerf for as long as possible.

Maybe I missed it in the topic, but what is the actual physical address of the site? That way I can mapquest it and figure out when I would need to leave.

I am confirming that I am going to the war, but I need the address for the park so I can print up a map. My girlfriend may be coming along as well, but that is not confirmed as of yet. We will be taking photos for the most part for the event since I am still not in the greatest shape to run around, but I do what I can.

For anyone that lives in NJ south of me (anywhere south of exit 117a on the GSP), I may have room for 2-3 people in my truck. I will let you know more about this as it gets closer to Friday.

NJ guys are staying at a hotel in Attleboro, MA on Friday night. We will be invading Milton on saturday morning together.

To sweeten the deal, I have good reason to believe tha Hasbro can and will show up in some form. Now get off your asses and to this war Massachusetts.

I might be able to make it, since I will be in Massachusetts on the 19th. However, Chatham might be a bit too far. I'll also be in Boston, Norton, and Duxbury at various times, so whether I can come really depends on the timing of other day trips. If it turns out that I can indeed make it [might as well flip a coin], there's a good chance that I could also bring a pair of friends.

Unfortunate update for whomever is organizing the war. I will no longer be able to attend. I have a prior obligation on Friday night that I would have been able to get out of if I had known about the war sooner, plus my finances are a bit tight right now and the cost of gas for my truck just to drive round trip will really strain my wallet. I would have to sleep in my truck being that I wouldn't have the money for a hotel room. I really wish I could have gone to this war, but I will have to wait for another time. The next war that takes place in NJ i will definitely be in attendance.

Okay, 11 it is. I don't know what you mean by a large showing of us, per se, but there will be decent lot of us. I'm checking in with people tomorrow to solidify things, and I'll post/edit this tomorrow night.

There's also the milton crew, they have to tally themselves up. And there are a few random people not in any large group that need to be counted, as well as a few NHQ members.

I might be able to go... We've got plans for a Snakes On A Plane Party on the 18th, which is also a sleep-over. So, if I get up early enough, I may get my ass up there. Or not. Hasbro reps? Sounds cool... Quite an insentive. I just hope nobody starts pitching them stupid ideas and scares them off.

Oh, you'd better believe I'm gonna chew SOMEONE's ear off about releasing a new-and-improved Manta Ray type weapon. Lord knows I love my Ray, and I've got one of the most distinctly unique gameplay-styles in all of Nerfdom, but I'd pay good money for an improved shield-gun.

This two-guns-in-one-hand shit's done me wonders over the last decade, or so, but I'd kinda like to have a gun-shield that I actually fire.

Are you the one with the Manta Ray and two Nite Finders? I saw some pictures Badger took and thought to myself 'Why not just a Manta and a Nite Finder?'. It would make sense, however, if you don't actually use the Manta Ray as a gun.

One of my friends had a broken Manta Ray, so I integrated two double-barreld AT2K's into it (Two barrels attached to one air-tank). He loves it now, even though he's not good at blocking. Whenever he actually blocks something (A rare occasion), he gets all excited and forgets about blocking/dodging the second shot.

And, if we ARE allowed to pitch them stupid idea's, I'm gonna tell 'em about how great the Secret Shot Two was, and how they have to re-release it. Maybe just put some AT2K internals into a SS2 shell, paint it red or blue, and PRESTO! Instant Dart-Tag addition. And they could call it something un-original, like Big Bad Secret Fire Strike Tag Shot.

I will have to say that Death was definitely proficient at using the Manta Ray as a shield. I'm pretty sure in one skirmish, he got caught in a ravine and was being shot at by two people, yet he blocked every shot that would have hit him and got out of there. He has the skills to do it.

Wish I could see you in action this weekend Death, but instead I will spend a low budget evening with my girlfriend.

Yeah, sorry guys. Like I said before, I cannot go to this war. If it was in Lexington however, I might have been able to go because I can seriously bike to Lexington! I've done it many times before. But yeah, my parents don't like the idea of me driving 45 minutes to Milton to nerf.

My point being, yes, the location of the war is a very big limiting factor for me, but if a war was close enough for me to get myself over there, I could certainly do it.
