Nitro Quad Mod

It started as a Starbuck-inspired "Boomstick." The new barrel is a 2.5in piece of 1/2 CPVC inside a 4in. piece of 3/4 CPVC. The barrel attatchment point is stabilized and centered by other PVC couplers. However, I couldn't find a comfortable way to fire it and I had a bunch of spare parts that I didn't want to throw away.
So I added a trigger piece directly on to the old one.
And then I put everything else on, neglecting to take pictures beforehand.
It gets mid-50's flat, unbanded. Hopefully some decent bands or a different barrel setup will up the power later. If I get my hands on another NitroQuad, I might try to reincorporate another barrel selector system, but for now I'll settle for this.
When I get around to my next mod, I'll try to take pics BEFORE going nuts with the dremel and glue. Things slated for the operating table include a Strongarm, Perceptor, Razor Fin, Armor Shot, Iron Raptor...

That just gave me an idea(sorry if its already been said): a shotgun. Use the nitro barrels but add an airtank with bike pump. Alos, take out the barrel selector mechanism so all barrels shoot at once.
This is called a screwdriver it is used to unscrew or screw in screws.

It would be a little better on the eyes if you painted it though.

Blinky, it's pretty sturdy, but I won't be hurling it at the ground or running it over anytime soon. Also, I have a multi-shot concept in mind for a future mod.
Stallion, I do plan to paint it when I can get some paint. I'm hoping to stay close to the original color scheme, but make it look more "solid."

You're the kind of guy that Starbuck and I like to chat with.
You're turning some "losers" into "bruisers". Good to see some more who enjoy some plastic-hackin' fun. I have a Buzz Bee Twin Tek pistol on the table, then either a Hornet (rifle/integration) or more work on my Sawtooth/SM 1500. Stuff my son loses interest in becomes my next victim.

1) Is this a Nerf gun, or a knockoff, and is the official name the Nitro Quad?
2) May I take refuge with you when the Zombies attack? I love that book.
I ask the first question because I'm wondering where to put this mod in the directory, and I've never heard of this gun before!
Actually, the same goes for your other recently posted mod, the Coral Viper... I haven't heard of that one either. Once you let me know, they'll both go into the mod directory!
I'm not sure how I missed out on these guns... unless they were way before the bow and arrow or something...

100% Nerf, for 100% pwnage.
Nerf is a neutral weapons dealer. Anyone coughing up the dough can get armed.
and they're made of Foam... which makes them very Nerfy...
