Here's a basic mod you can do to your SSPB. It makes for one of the smallest nerf guns ever and you could probably squeeze 70ft out of it if you plug the pump:

Sorry for the critism, but do you honestly think 70 feet is realistic?

I tested it a few days ago. It got 61' consistently with a small leak I need to fix...

Perhaps you could reduce the fugly factor by adding a PVC shell around it.

Considering that the barrel is connected by a vinyl hose, this could be modded to fit in nearly any toy gun shell, not just Nerf. Pretty cool!

If you took the time to look carefully at the picture, he probably plugged the pump somehow, moved the barrel around and glued shut the other barrel with hot glue. On his new barrel, he put brass on it (PETG is better, order from One Man Clan in trading section). Oh right, he also took off the shell of the gun and added elastics around the whole thing.
