I think it's the old tech target I've never used one so I can't tell you much.

Its actually a VERY good pistol.

My new CPVC'ed TTG will have to agree with you. I love it now <3.

1: Open up the gun, make sure you get every screw.

2: Take the barrel assembly out.

3: Take the air restrictor then take a serrated knife and pry off the bars with the ridges on it.

4: Now, take about a 5" peice of 1/2" CPVC and jam it into the barrel.

5: Then put the skeleton of the air restrictor into the back of the barrel and put the whole thing back into the gun.

6: Finally, screw it back up and your done.

Sorry if some of what I said doesn't make since, though.

Tech Target

Myself and many others have found this mod to be very simple and very effective.

If you do not want to open the gun up, you can just jam a peice (sp?) of 1/2 pvc down the barrel.

...And also the same with neighbor and weigh :D

Sorry about that  But actually the real rule is when pronounced ee, you apply the I before E except after C rule.

Exeptions:

This sentence will help you remeber these:

Just FYI :)

Tell me this is a Brian Reagan reference!

Excuse my teachings, I remember all that stuff I was taught in 7th grade. I have a good memory.

Anyway, the TTG. Do they still make them? Because I keep hearing about the NF and other guns currently available from Hasbro being discontinued.

I find them at my local Wal*Mart and Target.

At least in my area the actual TTG has been discontinued. You can still buy the Tech Target set, but now the gun that comes with it is just a repainted Scout.

My local stores (TRU, Walmart, etc) have also discontinued the Tech Target Gun (TTG), and are instead selling the target with the repainted scouts (just like SpectreX said). Anyway, I was lucky enough to find an auction on ebay for 4 TTGs sold without the targets. I won this bid and have modified one of the four. They are great pistols that I recomend you buy if you find one, especially since they will start to become very rare and have a higher demand for them. The are great stock, but modding them with PVC or Brass, or whatever barrel material you choose will only make it alot better. A great gun if you can find one!

Try to avoid bringing up older topics like this. Just count yourself as being lucky that there seems to be a low amount of members currently on, as it gives me a chance to warn you. Because the people on this site are like piranhas. If they sense something stupid or idiotic, it's torn to bloody shreds in a matter of seconds. Which is kind of why I like the site.

Actually, they do; TRU sells TTG's, and so does JCpenney. except JCpenney gives you two TTG's and costs 3 dollars less than TRU. JCpenney link: http://www3.jcpenney...ize=28&Dep=TOYS
TRU doesn't even have TTG's in stock (online) right now anyway. (whereas JCpenney does)
