Are we looking at what you did with the clip, or half of a black gun? Not sure here.

This is a firefly I've been working on for awhile. I replaced the plunger tube and spring with a Nite-finder's as well as removing the restrictors from the barrel. used a segment of an old snorkel I had lying around to connect the tube to the rotating barrel, making a far better seal than that little piece of plastic held in by grease. Also put in a few superbright LED lights inside it that keep the front darts glowing (as well as the barrel assembly). Painted with several layers of Testors model master paints with another two of Rust-oleum clearcoat. The gun gets ~40' on average with dart tag darts, just a bit farthur with streamlines, and less with the stock glowdarts.
Plus
Equals
Removed ARs stretched spring, and leftover bits from my modified longshot. Cosmetic bits are removable with one screw (seen on on the toprail on the first image) and don't seem to affect ranges (with streamlines) or accuracy (unless you count a darn steady aim from the bipid). Plus I filed down the backs of the bipod so the chamber rotates even with them folded in.
And of course, the longshot my Snipermav got it's leftovers from. integrated sidearm, half an AR15 buffer spring on top of the stock stretched spring, removed ARs and standard paintscheme for my arsenal. 90 -110' ranges

Net code is a bit messy, but not a bad gun. Oh, just for the record, its [ ] on these boards, not < >. Hope that helps.

But, after fully integrating my Titan into it, Scar has now become - Phasmatis Nex a.k.a. PhaNe:
Unfortunately, I do not have the Titan ranges, but I will post them as soon as I get them. I am aware that a similar integration was done, but that was a removable integration, while mine is a full integration. I also did
Gengar003's Titan mod.

Much less silver used and much more gold / brass / rust color was used this go around. The smaller details were done with a paint pen this time so it's a much cleaner job too.

Im sorry but paint pen? I've never heard of this before. Could anyone fill me in on some details?

Right now, I don't have the materials to paint or do major integrations, so here's my not-even-opened yet longshot.
Nylon strap, sewn + burnt (sp?) together at ends for durability.
Barrel is a teensy bit more complicated than it looks, has a part from the front pistol for stability. Long barrel is from front part of LS. May consider doing a write-up soon.
My future laser pointer hole. I know, you're saying "laser pointer on a nerf gun? Pee-shaw". But now I won't have to put it up to my shoulder to aim (like my NF)

I haven't been very active recently, but just finished my first PJ. It's not too pretty, but I think it's pretty good for a first-time.
My masking job wasn't too good, and I had to redo a few places multiple times. The result ended up having some uneven surfaces.
I really like the black/grey combo, and the red is a good accent. I still have some of each color left, so I'll probably be using it to paint many guns (I've already started painting my NF).
Questions? Comments? If anyone has any tips on how to mask well, please tell. All of the mess-ups were due to paint slipping under the tape or the tape not being perfectly aligned.
Blister, on your Crossbow, is there a valve or something behind the staggered barrels on the top (where the stock barrel is placed)? Or is it just a barrel holder for the main gun? It looks nice.

Dragon has the standard mods, banding on the bladder, plugging the OP valve. I was watching Harry Potter and I liked the colors of the Griffindor house, but thought the Lion was too sissy, so i went with the name Red Dragon.

As you can see the gun I chose this time is a Maverick painted with the following colors:
Krylon Fusion #2323 River Rock (Base Color)
Krylon #2108 Banner Red Gloss (Accent Color)
Questions?Comments? Things I can improve upon?
