a slightly difficult way of making the mav a bit more powerful is to get the plunger assembly out of the nitefinder and put that inside it, but thats alot of work and you no longer have the slide cocking system on top, just the plunger handle sticking out the back like a nitefinder.

I need help with my mav also. I did the air restrictor removal mod and aplied hot glue and every thing but my gun doesnt even shoot.

If you didn't throw away the orange round restrictors yet, cut out the centers and put them back in the gun; you'll get the same results as hot glue.
