The 'X' is the parking lot. Put...
Deerfield
Irvine, CA
...into maps.yahoo to get an idea of where this is related to the freeways. Or follow Ray's directions.

I am in the first day of a cold. Having a ~1 year old is rough on the ol white blood cells. I expect to be there regardless.

Turns out, my school (and therefore my place of work) IS open this week, so I actually have to work the morning of the war and can't get out of it. Good news is I only work till 11, so I'll be at the war by 11:30am. Bah, sorry guys. Don't wait for me obviously.

We'll have more fun between 10:00 and 11:30 than is legal in 43 states.
For those who have never been before, speak up now if you have any questions about how things work. Make sure you bring guns, darts, and eyewear. Mark your darts in some way if you want to take them home afterwards. I will disallow anything that is unsafe, in addition to homemades and darts with pointy things in them.
Be there a little before 10:00 because we're going to start a war with whomever exists at that time. Anyone coming after 10:00 will have to sit out until the next round.
Don't wear all camo or all spec ops type gear. We're trying to give the appearance of good wholesome fun, not terrorist training camp.
Headcount?
I'll be bringing Julie for video/photo duty as well as possible war action.

If so, is there any sort of cover other than buildings? Like, say, trees, bushes, you know..? Just curious...
