I got this magstrike without the mag, so decided to do this mod
I can fire 3 darts at once...range 20-30'
I can fire 2 darts at once, range 30-35'
single shot is in the 40' range (my house is only 35' long so Im guessing on the single shot)
I cut the end of the original barrel off, put one layer of duct tape around it to make the fit with CPVC pipe tighter, then added some hot glue and wraped e-tape over both pieces.
I enlarged the hole that was the original air outlet so that the CPVC could fit through it
I also glued a fake barrel from a recon barrel to the CPVC
That is it. It is funny that the barrel moves when fired, as it is attached to the inner barrel which used to move in order to advance the magazine.
If you pull the trigger quick enough, 10 pumps gets you 3 single fire shots. I can usually fire 3 darts at once and still have enough are for 1 single shot.
