So I was getting a drain blaster, and needed a cylinder for a shotgun barrel and saw my hammer shot. I was sad that I had to take its cylinder; I mean it was a perfectly good hammer shot. So  there I was with a hammer shot without the cylinder. I sat for a bit then thought what if I single it? So I looked in my parts bin and found an old super tec 3 barrel. I cut the barrels apart and sanded one down to make it smooth. I also found a strange rubber gasket; lord knows where it came from. This gasket just so happened to fit on the tec 3 barrel. So naturally I cut it to fit on the hammer shot plunger assembly and shoved it on the barrel. Finally I used superglue (later I will use hot glue) to attach the barrel to the blaster piece; and wallah I had a single shot hammer shot; and still could use the reaped cylinder for my shotgun(will do a write up on it later when I have it finished).Next It needed a name which I am horrible at doing. My friend said I should name it the "dream" so of course I went with it. I added Ix-1 by accident and changed it to ex-1(I didn't know the difference) but that's not present in the pictures. I haven't been on awhile but now I will be a lot more active and I will be posting more.

But why?

The cylinder is the best part! (disregard this, I think without thinking, shame me later)

At least couple it.

Also, please post here (http://nerfhaven.com...ntjob-pictures/) next time, since it's not really a write-up, and, crap, I'm backseat moderating again

I don't have any couplers at the moment, and I don't think that would work with the way this is made. Also (I know you said disregard it) I specifically said I needed the cylinder for an absolver/shotgun barrel.

I have a question

Are you doing a write-up on the drain blaster/shotgun barrel?

I would atually love to see that

Another thing, I think this is like a not stupid Doubleshot

It doesn't have an AR, and it's got a nicer handle w/ sling

I probably will do a write up. I'm gonna use an unconventional way on that because I don't like having removable barrels and don't have a bushing I plan on using pvc and hot glue. I will later use a shell for it and make it more functional, I suggest watching captain Xavier on YouTube for ideas that's where I went.

I'm actually gonna add more glue for the seal when I get my hot glue gun I ordered. I never thought of it being a less dumb Doubleshot I was thinking a very large jolt.

What else did I expect? You make every blaster you modify with the same aesthetic: post-apocalyptic survivor dwelling in a junkyard and with a small amount of ammunition.

I love it!

Most of the blasters I do are in preparation for a nerf based larp called fall of man. Its post apocalyptic based so I usually paint them like that so I can have a backstory for them.
