Because the foundry I would be getting parts from is making negatives.
Ohhhhhhh, I missed that part. I thought you were doing this backyard style.

Nobody said LEVER 4B triggers yet?
It's not hard to put in a lever 4B trigger, but to have a durable aluminum would probably be great. Maybe hold off on that, as Crafstman is working on that.
4B alu tanks would be cool too, or any tank really as it'd be way more durable, though I understand making a tank would be very time consuming and probably expensive.
LS and ret bolt sleds would be great, along with flywheel cages but Brad has them at available roboman.net and I believe plans on continuing them. I think you can drop in any Dr. Snikkas cage into any flywheel, and it works. While Superstock and HVZ has more profit, I'm not sure what you'd really make. I personally would love aluminum rainbow catch pieces but than you gotta upgrade the catch
Also, curious what an E&C Nerfer is.

They are specific. Stryfe/Rapidstrike, Modulus/Demolisher, Hyperfire, Rayven, Fearless Fire.

Thanks Slug. I'm out of town this weekend, but I will get to work on CAD when I get back, maybe even possibly during the six hour drive.
Is there anyone out there with a decent longshot sled file that I could borrow for one or two prints? I would like to make a test and have someone put it through a bunch of rounds with a modded blaster before I go saying I can make them. I can take almost any format, but as I said, stl's are easiest.

Ok, whelp, its been a while. Between the site being down for a while (props to Langley for everything he does to keep this site up) and my own life resembling a couch fire in the off campus housing on a Saturday night, I have been super not-doing-nerf-shit. Well, other than a few minutes here and there on the 'cannon' some of you know about that were around me at APOC. Err, for those that were, yes- it fires. Videos and all coming soon to a popular Nerf site.
So here's whats up:
-I am finishing the CAD for the PAS part(s) tonight and shipping the PAS back to Slug in the morning (apologies; I swear I'm not trying to keep it).
-If there is anyone willing to loan out a LS boltsled CAD or STL, please let me know!
-I saw something recently that may have been 3d printed nylon LS boltsleds? Being tested with an absurd amount of weight hanging from it? Is that a thing?
-Updating the second post with parts I am looking to CAD, please pm me if you have one i can borrow for a few days.
-The last that I heard, Dom has not received his Maximizer back from someone, so I still do not have those parts to CAD up.
-I will be posting to r/nerf or whathaveyou in the next few minutes about this, and ask for other parts people want that are not available.

I can provide a CAD file for a 4B\sonicbazooka trigger sometime this week if you need one. Or just the whole blaster since I traded for it at APOC and haven't done anything with it yet.
Roboman is selling billet longshot boltsleds, but the price is really high.
Are there any sentinel parts that would be worth casting? Either pre or post-modification? I could see the point of making less-uncomfortable levers.

You can wrap the handle of a sentinel lol,
if you could I'd like to see metal plunger rod, metal catch metal plunger assembly.
Would be pretty cool lol

If you send over the file I will add it to the folder of parts, and add it to the list of parts "being made".
I'm not trying to push anyone else out of their own sales- I'm just trying to make these parts easier to get a hold of.
Ive never... even seen a Sentinel in person? let alone used one. The lever looks like it might be a little long but if someone could send me an overall length I can check.

Some of us have large hands... wrapping small handles makes the problem worse.
For what blaster? Metal plunger rods are easier and safer made from rod stock, and soft aluminium catches would be suspect in my opinion.

The current alternative 3D-printed Sentinel handle is a nice comfy squared ring that can actually fit four fingers.
A universal breech in 17/32 OD? Instant sealed breech, just add brass (notrly)

The ls sled was an injection molded nylon composite, nylon-6 or something like that. It was done by the JetX guys for their new x-zues

Sentinel lever IMO is actually pretty decent, though larger hands means wrap one only the side you're putting force on. Or use gloves, or suck it up.
PBZ you've seen a sentinel, just probably didn't know what it was (it is buzzbee) it's a white BuzzBee Lever action blaster, someone was running around with one at APOC and I had a pump action one there I used too.
Also I was refering to a plunger rod + catch replacement for the sentinel. I've seen one crack in very rare instance but now I want it metal, because METAL.
Sentinel loop BTW is 3-1/2 in long forward, and 4 in long closer to the blaster, and has a little less than an inch of space inbetween

The only Sentinel part I would really be worried about is the plunger tube, and I know that would be a bitch and a half to make a replica of. I snapped the "U" shape off mine, so I've currently got a useless blaster. The plunger rod and sear (catch) are fine as is. The plastic parts can hold much stronger springs with no problem. I just want that plunger tube and bolt in metal.

put epoxy in the loop and it holds up. You're supposed to reinforce that. If that could be made aluminum that would be cool but those other pieces wear down. My friends catch has a little stress after warring it heavily for about a year, and I've seen some plunger rods stress out w/o proper reinforcement, but a replacement of all those pieces would be good

I reinforced the plunger rod and the "u" piece with epoxy putty. Still snapped. I was running the stock spring and a Nitefinder spring, with some 3/4 inch cpvc as reinforcement/spacers. I'm looking at other options, methods for repairing it, and trying to source a Sentinel for a decent price. It seems all the stores around me seem to have discontinued them.
I have never seen that before, and I've rocked sentinels pretty hard. They're discontinuing the white one in favor of a future green one that should be released soon, so look for that. PM me with pics of what happened, I might have a possible remedy but right now it seems kinda screwed.
For reference I've rapid fired a [k26] sent and got the plunger rod damaged before the loop, maybe it wasn't reinforced properly?

injection molded nylon? thats... im not even sure which i would rather have?
I don't pay a lot of attention to you at APOC, since i can hear you all day, so i wouldn't have noticed what you were carrying.
anyone have a link to the 3d printed sentinel lever? i can throw that right on the list of parts getting made- i could even modify it a little for comfort.
i found the link to the 4B trigger, i will move that to the "getting made" folder. due to the negative mold process, i will have to post cast some of the edges into them after production- the long side groove, the... pin slot? and clean up the bottom(?) slide bit. i may have to work with some who has current access to solidworks to make some quick changes in the file so that i can make a mold for the foundry.

*I THINK* I'm not sure. I think it is, but i know its a nylon composite. That fact is 100% sure of.
