I'm making a couple of cores to use for Defend The Core....how large do you guys want them to be?
12" x 12" or 12" x 24"?

If anyone has a cordless Dremel or PLASTIC TARP, I'd appreciate if you'd bring them.

Cores will stay 12 x 12 for now, and we can tape two together if we want, as I will be bringing multiple. Does anyone have anything that could subsitute tarp in my cardboard box mobstacle design? Tablecloth or anything? Anything that will prevent penetration of the cardboard that you have in large quantities.

Only 2 days left guys! Please confirm your attendence ASAP!
Weather for Saturday's looking good: only a 20% chance of precip, a high of 67 and low of 54.

Once again, anyone have tarp/tablecloth/fabrc they can bring? Cordless Dremel?

Would you guys be ok with barriers that are 12" x 12 at the base, and about five feet high? It'll essentially be like a big totem pole or tree....

Even though I'm not coming, this is just my opinion, 5ft is is too tall, 4th would be better... Also instead of making the obstacles tall, try to make a couple of them more wide.

Lol, so if we see only a head peeking out we can go for a headshot ?

But that would give you youngins' an advantage >.>
(Kidding, I'm hella short for a 19 year old.)

Who the hell has mine? Just use that! It's 24" x 24"!

I'm out, as you should know already.

Correct. Thanks, anything that's dart-penetration resistant would be fine: tableclothes, fabric, tarp, whatever anyone may happen to have laying around.

I'll probably be early ish, I have a longshot I got from MrCrouse I thought would be all ready and getting 70' flat or so, but it jams on regular clips frequently like 2/3 of the time, and the max range i've seen is like 60' at a 40 degree angle, with a Stefan loaded single style.....

Wow, what a day! Great war!! I'm so tired! Thanks to everybody that made it out! I hade lots of fun, and hope very one else did as well.

Recaaaaaaaap time!

Pros:
-meeting Shandsgator, Koree, Ben, Luke, Tdog, and Kevin.
-getting to nerf with Dean, Ryan. Jonathan, Keo, and Aftershock again.
-getting two 4Bs and a first hen NF
-everything ran pretty smoothly, no major interruptions or problems.
-obstacles were pretty good.
-venue was pretty awesome, not too crowded
-staging area was nice
-getting some awesome shots
-the bull pump
-so much more, too tired right now to think.

Cons:
-obstacles weren't ideal, I will definitely try to get legit ones made for next time, whenever that is.
-picnic people
-getting some nice sized welts
-socks were ruined, lol....wet grass is not good.

Once again, thanks to everyone who made it today, especially those who traveled far, I really appreciate it.

See y'all next time!

Oh, and btw, Keo, I have your suglasses; I'll bring them next time for you to pick up, if you come.

Thanks for another great war everyone!

Pros:
got a SNAP, thanks LandStricker (but my barrel didn't work and it wasn't effective with my PVC Connector and barrel, eventually I borrowed a speed
loader and it worked great.
Shandsgator sold slugs at an amazing price so I could use the above.
Met some awesome new people(everyone I haven't met before is included here.)
Nerfed with the other awesome people, again.
Big bag of barbecue chips, foot long rice krispie treat and gatorade equals lunch xD
Pavillion was great for staging
Ryan comes up behind me with pistol aimed at my head "Are you alive ?" Me: Turns around, "Yea" Aims, head shot before he fired at me.
More, I can't think of...
Field was pretty nice, but I suck at running/and are slow so I did better at Beall >.<
The 2nd Round of DTC.

Cons:
No decent ish primary until last round that I played
Didn't get rid of anything
Fell 3 times from the wet and freshly cut grass, although I rolled off or something on the last 2
My side didn't win an actual round(anything but Blob/the siege the playground thing) until after lunch
Neither of my guests ended up coming for different reasons :/

Really great war, like always Chaos. My guest also enjoyed it a lot.
Only bad thing was that none of my primaries were ready , but I rocked the MM oh yeah.
Hopefully next time everyone else can come too.
