What about putting the McMaster felt heads on top of regular glue domes?
Tell me that you think putting a felt tip on that would be beneficial.
Oh, I didn't see that Zorn responded. Whoops.

My reading of the rules is that as long as it is under 1.0g, and has a full padding, it's okay. One thing I would be concerned about is the "pointyness" of the dart - washer darts have the advantage distributing the impact across a flat surface.I feel that a felt disc on top of a smaller dome would be fine.

My thoughts exactly. I generally make smaller, even somewhat flattened, domes, so complete covering wouldn't be difficult, I was just making this all as a possible suggestion to those who have a load of domes, but nothing to do with them in their current form. That dome is massive.

My two cents.
I'm the only respectable person here. The rest of the NIC are pretty much just child molesters.

if I end up bringing some of my homemades here, including the mortar and homemade cobra, I will be firing oversized (3/4" to 3") stefans. Regardless of practicality, I'm asking if these would be fine, considering the bans on Titans, shit cannons, etc. It is a huge amount of air, after all. If they're only going to be allowed for demonstration, that's fine with me. I just want to ask ahead of time.

Homemade air guns are not permitted. If you'd like to demo it for me at Apoc and I have the time, I'll take a look. I'm not, however, willing to lift a ban and force myself to demo every kid's creation. Fuck that. No.
