• Meeting/Staging Areas:
• Eye Protection: Required for those under 18. Strongly recommended for all others.
• Contacts: If needed, PM and ask for a phone number to speak to me.
• Blasters that may be banned: Everything’s on a case-by-case basis pending modifications. Generally, no singled Titans or anything of similar power levels.
• Gametypes that may be played/attempted: 3:15, Capture the Flag, Gunslinger Heaven, Freeze Tag, various Ultimator-related shenanigans.
• Blasters to bring: Something that shoots pretty far (70'+), a single shot pistol that doesn't shoot so far (under 70'), any Ultimators you may have laying around, and whatever else you feel like bringing.
• Other stuff to bring: Sex Dwarf t-shirt. Food and drink.

Rules:

• 3:15 will most likely be explained at the beginning of the day. All other gametype rules will be explained prior to the round (please actually pay attention so they don't have to be repeated).
• There's no crying in Nerf
• If you break any rules, you'll most likely be told about it and asked not to do it again. If you repeatedly break any rules, you’ll be asked to sit out a round. If you continue after this initial action, you’ll be asked to leave if possible. If you continue to act immature about the request, you won’t be allowed back.

Fair warning: MAYhem is an equal opportunity nerf war. We do not discriminate against hot glue dome darts. In fact, it's likely that you'll be called various names insinuating certain things about your sexual preference if you use anything else. Happens to me all the time.

I'll be there. I'm probably gonna need to borrow a few darts, unless I can pump out a few hundred between Wednesday and Sunday.

EDIT: I had a dream about this war last night. We only played one round and it was a pistol round, and I made every shot I took. Best dream ever.

Shit, Pittsburg is a LOT like a Creed concert now that I think about it. No one wants to be either place.


I should probably note that I don't actually have anything against pittsburg. It's inhabitants just write one hell of a setup.

That park looks amazing Dom. I approve. Needs a big steep hill that has to be climbed to get to the staging area, though. Is it in the same area as Armstrong/will it be as hard for a non-Pittsburghanite to get to?

Nerfmonkey, you pick up gabe and drive him to my house and we'll carpool like the good old days. I'm back in western PA for a while.
As long as there aren't any huge hills and we have some cover I'm down for a new park.

My BBBB is broken, my NF springs have shrunken to half their size (like flamin at the last war...or his lack therof), and I'm tired.

I guess I'll come as long as I can whine all over the new park like it's my girlfriend.

If anyone cares, I'm going to come and bring most of my nerf stuff to sell except for what I use or have materialistic plans for wars this summer with. I need money for my trip to Italy, so I'll probably be trying to make anything I can, so make bring some cash and feel free to make ANY offers.

Not too bad.

I like Allegheny Commonwealth in general, but it seemed that if one team got to a certain spot/posted up on certain trees, they were pretty much unassailable.


I played poorly most of the time at Armstrong, especially in the pistol rounds, but for some reason I'm still pretty decent in open fields.

+Having one or two double kills...the one that sticks in my mind was (I believe) the next to last round at Allegheny Commonwealth
++Smoke bombs
+++++++++++Exploding Titan.
+++++++++++++++++Everyone staying quite mobile in the last round of the day.

-Not playing more singled primaries in the field
-Not being able to hit anything with that NF Rifle
--barrels falling out of couplers

Seriously, I think I just want to play in open fields from now on (as long as people don't decide to just stand around taking potshots)

I had a great time. It was a good war. Once again I planned on spending most of the day taking it easy and then ended up sprinting during every round. I crashed big time afterwards.

Very fun war even if we were pretty lazy all day. I wish I had a blaster that worked other than my crossbow, but it served me very well all day. I'm just now figuring out how to use all the different barrels.

I think Mastodon was confused and a little afraid all day, but who wouldn't be considering the way we do things.
