PLEASE READ BEFORE PERFORMING THIS MOD: This modification creates a lot of dead space, but still improves the range by a bit. If you don't want to open the blaster back up, either rebarrel it by yourself or wait for me to get brass to add it to the writeup.

First, a few videos:

Click Here and also Click Here.

I will be creating another video of it after the modification, but I'll wait till it's rebarreled.

These will just show how to open the blaster:

I noticed that the spring wasn't getting full compression, and that it is about the size of a nickel, so this is what I did (basically a variation of the penny mod for the maverick) to get the spring to get more compression. Please note that after doing this, the blaster is still extremely easy to prime. The sleek build just gives it a great feel.

Can not believe your luck right now. 3$ you have got to be kidding me. Anyways I'm kinda sad to see an inverse plunger although we all knew it was going to be so. I really like that trigger design it looks like its a really smooth pull. About how big around is the plunger tube? Is it like Scout size? Can't wait to see what this thing does with some brass or PETG

Maybe there's no Mcmaster, but you could make the first coconut airtank.

Wait, when the heck did this come out? Are we getting this as well as the speedload 6 and the quick 16?

Honestly. I'm not too sure about the diameter... It's about as big around as a nickel...

I'm not entirely sure it was supposed to be out yet...

Quick 16, sharp shot, and swarm fire are already at Toys R Us. (well, at least for pre-order)

Sharp Shoot link: http://www.toysrus.c...ductId=11267567 This one is not for pre-order, it's already on the shelves.

I don't know where your TRU is, but mine didn't have crap. I went to just about every store with Brit yesterday, and all I found was the Sharp Shot and 5 Scatter Blasts... We found the Barricade value packs, but I decided I didn't NEED it... He got some stuff he wanted though.

I also found a Sharp Shot. They are found at your local Kohls. At least that is where Nerfornothing found his and I drove to mine this morning and picked it up for $9.09 on sale. They did not have any of the other DT guns.

Since it was at Goodwill, and had a "Salvage" tag on it, this is likely to have originated from the Target supply chain.

As I stated before, the Quick 16 and swarm fire are only up for pre-order. Just wanted to clarify that.

These remind me of those dart tag crossfires nerf used to make. Very nice mod. hopefully these have some sort of potential, but so far it doesn't look like it.

I'd say high 40s right now... Honestly, I don't know. I'm getting some brass shipped to me, so I'll be rebarreling it when it gets here.

These are definitely better than crossfires... The shell is absolutely great, the trigger pull is so smooth, it's very easy to mod, etc.

Yeah, the trigger/catch design looks like it would warrant a smooth pull.
