Say, anyone have a WTS or WTB for this war? Or should that go in the Trading forum?

Me, I'm interested in a 4B, so I can make another Cluster-Eff and dual-wield them.

Trigger doesn't matter - I can retrofit a lever trigger on one.

I've got a brassed SM1K that needs a bit of work. The turret is nice, I used 9/16", and have a foot of flared out 19/32" that slides over that (manually) when you rotate, to have (effectively) a 14" barrel. The SM1K has a huge air tank, so it needs it. It's just leaking right now, and the trigger is being weird.
I also have some goodwill haul guns that I would sell. Namely 2 stock BBB's, a Wildfire (also stock), a Hornet, and a bunch of other guns.
I'll only buy if I can sell a few though, since I have $10 at the moment, and it's going to a can of clear coat, and some fishing weights for darts.

Oh noez. So, still 6 people, or 5?
I just got back inside after... about 10 hours of modding/dart making. Singled a stock LS today as a sort of... extra primary? Dunno, something other than the 4B. Removed the AR's in a DTB for zombie round, and put the clear coat on my BnA, so that will be making an appearance as well.
And like, 90-100 darts.

Damn. I'm not able to make it. My double shift looks like it's going to go long, and my past few days have also run into extra innings, so I'm in no shape to go anywhere, except the aforementioned afternoon obligation.

Oh yeah, I forgot. Even though there was only 6 people, was an awesome war.

Highlights:
-Luke's Pump Snap. That thing was seriously bad ass, and I'm going to buy some materials to make my own today.
-Zombies. We changed up the game style a bit, where the humans had to steal all the melee weapons from the tote and bring them to the other side of the field.
-Deathmatch; why people hate it nowadays, I don't know, but it was quite fun.
-Freyr's awesome homemades, as always.
-Having enough darts!
-Sold a few blasters
-Daniel's Overhauled 3K. That thing was a monster. 130 feet flat! Too bad he took it to 6 pumps and busted the tank. I guess it started leaking during one of the deathmatch rounds.

Lowlights:
-My Longshot sort of breaking after the first round. My darts were a bit too tight for CPVC anyway.

Too bad you couldn't make it Taer, maybe next war. I know somebody was taking a bunch of pics.

To answer Dayko's earlier query (so I don't have to spin up a new thread) for Effing 7 dates, I'm so far a possible for any of the September Saturdays, but I'm hearing rumblings of possible other commitments, etc.

Let's get this date nailed down so I can block it out. This is likely going to be the last war for the year for me. Assuming I can even make it, that is.

Ideally, the first two Saturdays of the month are better than the last. One of my +1s is going off to college on the 18th, so before that is better.

I'm out for the 18th (Sept), 25th (Sept), and 9th (Oct) for invitational XC meets. I may be able to come much later for a couple rounds and to deliver PumpSnaps, though. Also, one of the Saturdays in between those I'll be checking out Reed college in Portland. So yeah, my chances of attending the last one in full or even at all are pretty slim.

My schedule as far as Saturdays go is open right now, but the first Saturday is optimal, so I can bring Grenada; he doesn't post here much, but he's been at 2 (?) of the last Effin wars.
The only deciding factor at this point is rides and if I have a baseball game, since my fall season should start any time, and games are supposed to start first week of september. Who knows!

I know the 4th wouldn't work for me, and I want to get in at least one more war this season. I'm going to be out the 18th for sure, and probably a couple others, which I should know soon. I assume they are the same as Tantum's though, as they are XC meets.

The earliest I can make it September would be the 25th. Since this is going to be the last of the effeminate series lets try and get a date where we can get the most people. How do you guys feel about doing the last one sometime in October just to see if we can get the most people? Lets start throwing some dates out here and try and figure something out. I want to make this war the biggest one Washington has seen.

Since I missed the last one I really NEED to make this finale! The rest of September is not really going to work for me. Maybe I could make a weekday work but most of October is better for me, I just need a full 2 weeks notice. I prefer a Saturday as soon as possible, before school revs up too much.

Given responses so far, I say let's rule out September for the next Effin' war. (But I'm just an attendee - Dayko has to make the call.) I'm open every weekend in October so far, save the last one. I'd much rather it be on a weekend than weekday, though.

Ran into Dayko on IRC and he floated the first Saturday in October as a possibility (2010-10-02). It works for me as well as any other day (which means, 'definite maybe' at best.)
