I hate to beat a dead horse, but I am wondering if you could take a pic with another airtank that we know the size of.

Wow right on. We just found everyone's new fav blaster to hack for parts. No more need to diddle aT2K's.

Forgive my spelling and grammar. I post from my cell phone a lot. Sometimes when I'm on the can at work.

Thanks for the pics k9turrent. It'll be interesting when more people get their hands on this gun and what mods they come up with.

I was hoping for a firing mechanism more similar to the Blastfire, but by the looks of it the tanks all fire at once. Oh well...

No it fires one by one it just depends how far you pull the trigger back. You see the little grey stoppers?

Finally, a new gun with some potential! If this thing gets decent range, it could become a staple sidearm. Unlike the Hornet and Blastfire, it probably will be able to handle a pump plug, so even with those small tanks, if they can get high enough pressures, it will pack a decent punch.

Relocating the pump into the gun's handle (like on the LB and SS2) will be a must if there is any chance of holstering this thing.

Watch them radically change the design to a reverse plunger head idea because a Buzz Bee worker frequents the site. That would bring a smile to my face. It would be just too funny.

I really don't think so Busta. K9, do the tanks route to the pump with tubing or are they molded into a volley of tanks?

Doing this as I speak. I have no idea when I got it...my DAD got it some 15 years ago, but that doesn't matter. Anyways, it keeps jerking around all over the place. I try to hold it with a rag...It doesn't look like...much.

the tank are molded in one "rack" but you are able to fire some of the tanks, then fire the rest after releasing the trigger.

What happens when you only fire one tank and then start pumping again? Does Split need to find another magic valve?

The gun resets to the top barrel, (I don't get it...)

Edit: Found it, that was when I was working for the military during that time

How many pumps of that little thing does it take to fill? If it's below like 8 (for all 4 tanks, that's low) then i can see the Tetrastrike becoming great integration material. Comes with an itty bitty pump, a single 8 shot shotgun burst (2 darts per barrel, this thing can almost definitely handle it) or 2 long range shots. (fusing the 4 tanks into 2 good size ones)

Either way, me want one.

According to your mom, size matters. My blaster is four feet long. What about yours?

I measured mine and I got about 11 inches.

One thing that nobody has mentioned yet as far as integration potential is concerned: with this thing being AT2K style tanks (i.e. not backpressure tanks), it is cheap and easy to set up individual triggers for each tank. If we can get respectable ranges out of each tank, then we can expect these things to be added as fantastic rush-prevention devices on the side/bottom of a primary. If we can see even 60' flat out of each tank in a single-fire mode, this will be awesome. Imagine having 4x60' backup shots on the side of your primary, taking up very little space and requiring very little in the way of tubing/connectors/etc. which will make it a more reliable and cleaner-looking mod than your Marvelous Salvoes and such.

I'm pumped to get this gun (pun intended). It's a somewhat fresh idea and actually looks useful. Thanks for the pictures.

Well, if a SSPB can pull 50 feet from it's ass, I think it would be possible to mod this into a monster. The way the blaster fires (top to bottom) seems somewhat ineffective, since if you want to keep those extra 2/3 shot you have to pump a bit AND fire off the first 2 tanks in order to reach the loaded barrels. Could you post a pic, K9, of it next to a Nitefinder or PAS?

the tanks the get fired, do not deplete the other tanks when you release the trigger
