Now that is a seriously fucking cool blaster. It reminds me of the laptop blaster from Perfect Dark. I might just get suckered into getting it.
All you need to do it sand off the nerf logos and paint all the flashlight mode parts to look like a real flashlight.

Holy Shit! Anyone else drooling over the shotgun fore-grip? :)
Even if it does suck, I WILL be buying this blaster.
So Goddamn sexy.... I don't quite get the whole "conversion" thing.
Can it still fire in "flashlight mode"?

The way the flashlight is positioned kind of reminds me of the batman tri-blaster. Though the simplicity here compared to that thing makes me hopeful. Great find.

OMG. When will the madness end? It's a Recon with a shotgun grip instead of a handle?

Nerf has produced such a surplus of recons that they must now find new shells for the internals.

In a few months we will start seeing Hasbro offer "recon replacement shell kits" for the current models.

Uh... what? Both those are bul-pups, and this isn't. Also, this has the main feature being that it collapses. Neither of those guns do so, any more than a regular tactical rifle. I need more explanation on your point of view there.

The breech also looks identical to the raider's. Nothing new there either, though it was still the best of the breeches I've seen from Nerf yet.

Aside from that, this is nothing more than a collapsible pump-modded LS. That's cool and everything, but I think everyone here has dramatically mis-interpreted just how cool this is.

Also, from an engineering standpoint, there's no reason to have the battery in it operate the collapsing function, or even help out for that matter. All of the guns like that I've ever seen use a mechanical system, not electrical, since that's cheaper and more reliable. But you know what on that gun does use batteries? The flashlight.

That being said, yes, I will own one of these. It has the best breech so far, comes pump-modded, and has a built in flashlight.

Doing this as I speak. I have no idea when I got it...my DAD got it some 15 years ago, but that doesn't matter. Anyways, it keeps jerking around all over the place. I try to hold it with a rag...It doesn't look like...much.

Um... The whole breech swivels 90, so there is something new here.

The rail looks like a shrunken version of the FAMAS, the grip reminds me of an AUG. If the clip were to be designed to fit in the stock it would look more like the FAMAS.

The overall cosmetics of the gun looks like a FAMAS and Aug.

It looks cool none the less.

I think that, when folded, it looks like a P-90

It looks like just a few modifications will allow the gun to fire when it is folded up. I might need to get this gun and do a P-90 mod.

Thanks for the information and pictures kevin.

As said, it looks like it has space enough for a fair sized plunger in the back. Not getting my hopes up at all, but it's a possibility.

It seems like there's going to be a lot of electrical crap in there, maybe making things a bit crowded. But nonetheless, I'll defiantly be picking this up.
