Which one? I think the Hennepin Ave bridge is fixed again, if that's what you're thinking of.

Are you talking about the one that was broken at the last war you came to? This is a different park than that, I doubt it would effect your travels to this one.

And the force of the Ace 49 spring shattered the plunger tube holders on my new NF and shot it right out the front. There goes my pistol primary, anyone have any extreme aversion to the use of a singled non-plugged sonic bazooka (knowing I have a pool noodle for close range)? I can whip some other things up if so.

Who's up for a ridiculous round? This has to be a true ridiculous round, though. Don't just be lame and use like a NF or something.

Erik: the SB should be fine. As long as it doesnt totally outperform everything else.

My Singled pump replaced at3k is ready to roll... So is my new Night finder, and PS800. Does anyone know if its safe to use a PS800 in the cold, or is it to fragile of a gun?

It depends on how well you put it together. They are built like tanks, but if you weakened it in the process of modding, it will be more likely to break. Beaver's splat was used quite a bit at the November and January wars of last season, and it held up well. I haven't had to do any repairs on my splat in the whole time I've had it, all the way back to Spring MNNO, if not earlier. Mine is built really solid, though.

The weak point of the PS800 is the front of the plunger tube. The way I've been minimizing them actually weakens them considerably - I'm going to change my methods in the future. Still, they are much more solidly built than any comparable nerf blaster, so I wouldn't worry about it. They are very rugged.

The reason mine hasn't broken is probably because I DID NOT minimize it. It was a good idea.

Man, I feel really motivated to make darts, but not to mod. I keep feeling like tomorrow is the war, because I don't have school, but I have to do stupid crap instead of just war prep all day.

Speaking of darts, remember the rules, and don't be a douchebag about it. That "I didn't know" shit isn't going to work on us.

Bleh, I was hoping to go to this war but it's looking less and less likely. I'll show up if I can, but I probably can't.

I figured that would come up. I'll pay them back someday. Until then it can just be a running joke.

Maybe I'll make a cookie gun... and "giving you cookies" can just meeting shooting you in the face.

If anybody has extra titan missiles they can bring for the ridiculous round please do, I've only got one. I'm also looking to buy some extras if anybody's interested in selling.

Depending on if I can get ahold of any string and some more rubber bands tonight, there may be a working nerf mortar on the field, and everybody's wildest dreams will come true. It will at least look pretty funny, so be prepared for that!

Edit: Scratch that, my idea is sound, but needs better rubber bands, next time for sure.

Also, if anybody can bring some sections of SCH80 PVC to fit 3 Marvelous salvos and a BBBB, that'd be very much appreciated. I'd give you a hug and pay for it. The BBBB is, I believe 9", and the MS is probably 6" or so.

I'm going to try and run a minimal setup, so if people want to have some extra ridiculous guns, I'll need one for that round.

Also debating making a super ghetto sword, considering as my previous plans were sidetracked by a month of messing with linux and other stuff.

EDIT: So my parents just have to go and schedule a family gathering today. Really sorry about this, but I probably can't attend now ;_;
