I don't see why people always say you need a dremel for making breaches. I made this

with TWO SAWS and a FILE. I make clean breaches all of the time with a hacksaw. It's not that hard.

An alternative design could place the lever in the notch right in the breech hole a-la Captain Slug.

I like your cuts. A LOT. You must be a robot. Or you must have sold your soul to Beelzebub to become sheer hell with the Dremel. A simple analogy: Your cuts: My cuts; Brain surgeon:: Michael J. Fox. (Parkinson's is not funny, but the analogy proves a point)

Doing this as I speak. I have no idea when I got it...my DAD got it some 15 years ago, but that doesn't matter. Anyways, it keeps jerking around all over the place. I try to hold it with a rag...It doesn't look like...much.
