I just ordered a huge lot of nerf guns of off ebay, and one of the guns include was a BBBB. The previous owner had cut the heck out of the airtank, and completely cut off the pump. I managed to hot glue and e-tape everything together, but as soon as I finished that, I realised that there was no trigger! I searched all of NerfHaven for how to make a homemade trigger, but to no avail. Finally, using Hereticorp's idea, and a lsfg trigger I had laying around, I created this!



To get the trigger to fit you have to sand out the area around the trigger.

Do not use hot glue on anything that requires structural integrety to not break/splode.

First of all, That link leads to Hereticorp's write up.

Second, Hot glue will not hold under high pressure on a large surface such as a BBBB tank. Use epoxy putty instead.

Thanks for the warning you guys, I haven't pumped up the gun more than 3 times (no permanent barrel yet), so i'll be sure to epoxy it before I pump it again.

Epoxy putty is OK, but if you want a seal that will last use plumbers goop.

They are right, for the price of a bag of glue sticks get some Marine Epoxy. If it does not work better than hot glue I will personally hand you a bag of g-sticks at the next MN war I’m at.

That was all a lie, just use epoxy: die in fire hotglue.
