I don't own a blast fire but I was just wondering if anyone knows how the blastfire's semi-auto valve works.

It's actually 5 tanks/valves, one for each barrel.

The air coming from the pump is routed to all five tanks, filling them simultaneously.

The trigger connects, via a sliding gear mechanism, to a small ratcheted plunger. The plunger travels through a tube with connections to each tank. As the plunger passes each connection, one per trigger pull, the air is evacuated from the supply line to each tank. The tanks are built with a two stage design where the main valve is actuated by a sudden vaccuum in the input line.

If you've studied a SplitFire, the tank/valve design is identical.
