This is the double and triple barrel mod.
Thanks to split who has also first posted the triple barrel.

My mod is very simple and clean.

What you'll need (double barrel)
1/4" stainless thick rod, 5" long
1/4" thick base wood
2 mavericks

1st Get your maverick and cut out according to the picture below

2nd, Drill a 1/4" hole, 1 1/2" from the rotating gear. And same on the opposite side. As shown.

FINALLY, someone who posted a way we can actually replicate! Thank you! Can you get any vids up? I'd like to see how conventional it is.

I really want to do this, from when I first saw it a while back. I would do a Nite-Mav mod as well to increase power.

What happened to the original post, with the blueprints for the plastic cut-outs? I cant seem to find it anywhere.

EDIT: Nevermind. Thanks to White Moonlight remembering the name of the poster, I found it. To Walmart!

Holy mavericks, that is absolutely awesome.

Also back to the mod, it should be easy to replicate because you have a good writeup.

The only problem is Split already did this.

That maverick way on the right. Yes, will you be making a writeup for it? Because that is one I would really love to do.

I am with Commando, I politely request (read: demand) a writeup on the double barreled Mav. I've been wracking my brain on how to do this.

The sheer number of mavs to make all of these is just friggin amazing. Very solid work, and I throw in vote 78 for a write-up on the dub-mav.

Also, what paint is on the tri-mav?

-Blasters shoot darts that tag people

I do not play with guns.

Very cool!

I just finished copying the triple-cylinder. It came out pretty good.
Takes a lil' effort to get the nuts/washers spaced correctly.

One think I'd like to note though. In the diagram, the larger piece has all the edges flat. It cannot rotate the cylinders like that. I see in your photos you corrected it by making it into a point instead. I ended up rounding it off, myself.

Hope to see your triple barrel
post it here.

And thanks for noticing the rear barrel plate, those end must be pointed or rounded to allow it
to turn. Great job.

Thanks

Awesome. The tribarreled one reminds me of the autorevolver from Damnation. Must be a pain to carry in a war if your also carrying a primary.

so, just curious, what have you guys done with the remains of the other mavericks without the cylinders? i have completed this modification, with a lot of "fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants" rigs. I have been trying to think of a way to make it compatible with ls clips. and if not just having a single-shot and maybe nite-maving it. what do you guys think?
