i was fooling around with some ideas when i came up with this:

The orange tube is from a longshot, it's the internal barrel in front of the dart tooth. Cut the stock barrel down to an inch and stick it on. You also have to widen the hole to accommodate the longshot barrel. Mine doesn't have a trigger because my brother pumped it 20 times with a plugged pump and it snapped. I'm in the process of fixing it.

Breech open.

Sorry for the blurry pic. Breech closed.
I just cut a slot big enough for my darts.
I also minimized it like CS here.
The barrel is 10 inches of cpvc with some e-tape for fit. I am not in possession of any fbr at the moment when i do, I'll coupler it.

Isn't CPVC too tight for air guns?

Not if you have darts that fit loosely in CPVC. Chaos Raisin, There are straight grooves in the LS stock barrel that are probably letting alot of that air escape. How well does it seal?

The seal is good only a little of air escapes and because of constant use the e-tape has grooves too that match the longshot barrel. Plus, I'm using stock darts right now.

Nice job! I'm sure it'll be easy to make a PETG breech with this.

Great use of spare parts. Is the coupler on the end of the barrel just for looks?

fallinouttadabox (intentionally lowercase): sometimes you want to be somewhere between thinking in the box and thinking out of the box. Trust me, I would know.

dude I love it!

I've been trying to work with this idea for a couple days now but it just wasn't working for me my range was dropping off too much for it to be functional.

once again great work and great use of spare parts.

I wouldn't call this a write-up, but it is a cool mod. But uhhm, I posted a full write-up on a breeched BBBB a few weeks back here, and someone just recently posted a breeched BBBB that takes longshot magazines.

The chances of one person taking a bomb on a plane are one in a million. The chances of two people taking a bomb on a plane are one in a trillion. So if you're scared of a terrorist attack, bring a bomb on a plane.

Yeah, but do they use a longshot barrel as a breech?

Whats's the usual limit for a PLUGGED BBBB pump BEFORE the tank bursts into a plastic grenade??? I don't know if I should Plugged my recently bought BBBB, but I'm willing to take a risk since they only cost 5$ at my local target store. and this post was a MONTH old, sooo I wasn't sure if it was considered an ARCHIVED post.

I pump mine about 11 times. That seems like a happy medium.

Oh and you could have PM'd somebody instead of reviving a dead thread.
