Well, I need my LS to fire stefans and so I want to take the post out, but how do I do it? I searched and the mods I found weren't detailed on it and the people who asked similar questions got crypticish answers (I am a picture person). I am assuming I could either, A, take a drill and drill out the peg from behind, but do I leave the peices that hold it in place? B, take a knife and cut the sides of the things that hold the peg right next to the peg, or lastly just straight cut the peg and the things that hold it up out?
This summarizes the methods I am wondering about.

That thing is huge! You should get a leash for it.

my breech basically fell apart on my first LS so i cut it to a stub with scissors, but my second and third still have that in because i could never get it out.

My best guess would be B. because there would still be the stubs to hold the dart from falling back into the plunger tube. When i get the chance in the next week or so and let you know.

Also some one already posted on how to do it...

When I took out the dart post in my LS, I used a flat-head screwdriver and a hammer and just he the hammer when I got the head near the post. I believe as long a portion of the supports are there, you're fine.

You don't have to have any of the supports. The screwdriver method is best

No you do need the middle support so that the dart does not fall into the plunger tube.

Well, can you tell me why darts would fall through and what would happen if they did?
You don't need the supports. 2 of mine no longer have supports. Dart fit is fine, even with frostking foam.

I used a tire gauge, hollowed out, to get the Ar's on my recon. The metal tube is big enough to destroy everything in it's path when hammered down. Left lots of stress marks though, and I just gave up and sold the recon, so I don't know if it actually worked, but that's another option I could see possible. I also believe people have heated tubes of brass and melted it away very carefully by pushing down slowly, without touching the sides of the breach.

Or, remove the restrictor then use a small X-acto knife to cut the supports that hold the peg.

Would you want to leave a little bit of the supports left so the dart doesn't go all the way back or can you take the peg and supports all the way out?

Using the picture which would you suggest? A? B? C?

Thanks guys, I ended up taking a flat head screw driver and hammering next to the peg, one support fell off but the other is intact and it is working perfectly fine.
