@Shadow: as i believe the former Garrett students are going to be using the Forest Hills campus (not absolutely sure on this point, but fairly so) I would suggest the use of the Warren Road park as the alternate site.

Alright, we'll all meet at Langford and if something changes we'll all head out to Warren Road by convoy.

I have a gut feeling that the Garrett people at Forest Hills won't mind too much if we play there because Gabe and I are Garrett alumni. We'll see.

Speaking for myself, I would MUCH prefer to play at a slightly less desirable location than get kicked out of a good one, especially since in these paranoid times, that could involve cops.

As I am very sad to report, to many guys have flaked out, therefore I would not be able to come. You can mark the Xj crew off. On a lighter note, those who can't make this one, I'll have one on a Saturday near this one. I'll put up a thread later.

I'm gonna try to bring a friend with me since i don't really know anyone.

Oh, and also i'd like to bring my homemade just for shits & giggles. I will not use this in the actual war. That would be stupid.

I also want to try a round of Defend the Core. If someone whose car is gonna be waaaay less crammed than mine would bring the box and stand, it'd be preferable; I'm gonna have a shitload of people and guns to fit.

God, hardly a week left and I still have so much to do; finish my friend's primary, finish my primary, make ~200 darts, and I just got back from camp.

Ok, so some unforeseen pre-war drama. Driving home the other day I passed a new-home construction site---and promptly received 2 flat tires---sweet! $365 later, I have 2 fresh tires. Since Spyker78 is coming with me, i cannot take my motorcycle--which brings me to the point: After these unexpected expenses the 2 of us together have about $120 to get to SOFA and back. This means we will of course be sleeping in my car sunday night, and eating out of a cooler. To try and make sure we have gas money to get home I will be bringing guns, springs, and stefans to sell. We are tring to do what we gotta to be there so: VIVA LA SOFA!!!

Where is your nerfing spirit?

Try 2 Wars within 36hours of each other and nonstop driving in between. I am going to be sore as hell but I am coming loaded up on motrin and starbucks to diddle souls and chew bubble gum.

On a different note, before we start on Monday I will be briefing everyone on the rules and guidelines for the day so we all have fun. So be prepared to listen for five minutes and then nerf for many many hours.
