Figured I should make an actual thread for this by now. Same deal as usual, you guys know the drill.

Let's do this, it's happening

Date: April 25th
Time: 10 until 4ish. Play it by ear
Location: Newell Park, St. Paul, MN
Address: 900 N Fairview Ave.

Lunch: Bring bag lunch, or bring money for food from Wendys, Arbys, or another nearby fastfood joint.

Banned Guns: Singled Roto Rockets, Pump Plugged Big Blasts. If you aren't sure, bring it and we will decide. Also, don't bring anything that looks fairly realistic.

Sam: If this date doesn't work well for enough people, I'll hand it over to you to host at your chosen (later) date. I'm just trying to maximize the amount of wars, since almost everyone lives so damn close to the park, wars are much more convienent for the attenders.

Yeah, thats why he said it was at a different park and gave you a different address. And please, if you say you are gonna show up, then do, but by all means, don't fucking leave early then blame it on other people. Honestly, I am a bit sick of you saying you are gonna come, showing up, being a douche, then leaving as it is our fault. I mean, blaming Nerf Crazy for his water because "it made you sick", or blaming us for having it on a bad day so it was too hot, or us not providing enough amusement for you.

This goes for everyone else too, but so far no one else has made this an issue.

So is everybody going to be set for this war? For some reason I feel really unprepared, I think that's because I haven't had a free weekend for the past few weeks. I'm actually considering calling it off, since Sam's war is obviously a bigger deal and deserves more time for people to prepare. How do you guys feel?

Let's have this war, I already set aside that weekend and it will be a nice warm-up for Sams war. Anyhow there are a few weeks between this war and the next.

All my blasters are ready for action. Sam's war is still quite a ways out, and I want to go out and nerf now.

If anyone needs any blasters, I'll have two extra primaries to lend out, if none of them break. I reinforced the shit out of Julian's fugly ass Big Blast, so it shouldn't break this time.

Alright, you guys seem pretty pumped and reassuring, let's do this thing. I think I just felt dissapointed because I won't have time or money to make the sweet projects I planned out in the past week or two, but I'm just going to throw together some decent reliable guns and roll with it. All I really need in the end is a 4B and a NF.

99.999% sure we'll be there to make sure there's enough noobishness to share. I would have yelled at tators to give a final word on if he's coming, but I didn't see him, so I couldn't.
Whatever. I'm tired, but soon I'll put up a wtb for this war. I need some junk for projects and have a few unfinished trades, so I'll figure them out soon.

I think the parents have confirmed 100% we'll be there. Few things I want to workout:
First- Trades I haven't finished (sorry- hey, I ain't mulletman)- Nerfcrazy- FF, $4. That one I can confirm. Venom, yep, still in for the Sonic Bazooka, $5, right? And beaver, LSFG, $2.50? I think that's right.
So, next, I want to buy and maybe sell some stuff.
WTB:
2Ks, at least one, but could use more. $8-12 for one in a shell, but guts only for less.
Fireflys (turrets especially) and DTBs (broken but internally whole OK, I just need parts/turret)
I'm open to buying more, but this is what I know I'd like to buy.
WTS:
Not much, but I could sell a bunch of Maverick Parts for $2. Turret, Shell, mech, could be made to work (never did 100%), I'm just too lazy. Also, if I get a good offer, I'd be willing to part with my TTG, When I finish it it'll be CPVC'd (or PTEG'd) and have a sealing plunger, so it will be ready for battle. (I can get pics if you want them)

Hopefully I can make it to K-Mart (the ghettoist place in New Hope) with my Dad to get BBs (sucks being under 18) to finish making stefans, blanks won't work well in battle...

Unfortunately it doesn't work for lead weighted darts.

This seems to be going pretty well. I'm a bit annoyed because SA can't go (although I doubt his excuse is decent, probably playing COD), and Clay from the last war can't either. There is a decent chance that Gunner from the last war could go, and maybe Andrew from the 3-7 Hamline war (although I haven't heard from him yet). Oh, and Cashew might actually show up for like an hour, his excuses are limited since he lives like 3-4 miles from the park. He has some party or something the night before, but he could just stroll in at 1:00 or 2:00 and still have some nerf time.
