The point is that they were his guns, which he modded, being used (albeit improperly) in a game which he suggested. You can't get more liable than that in the world of Nerf unless your last name is Hasbro!

Very good news for me.
Suprisingly, We are now allowed to play nerf again!
What we did was make a new type of dart, that after putting in a slingshot ammo, you put into it a pom-pom. This really soften's the impact. After makeing the dart, we brought it to our parents and with lots of pleading we were able to convince them that the darts are safer, and that we would be much more carful.

You can also just cut a thin slice of FBR and glue that on top of your weight. I do that and it works well. Another thing I have been experimenting with is putting a circle of tag board in between the weight and the FBR pad. This has prevented the weight from penetrating the glue or the FBR pad. Has anybody else tried this?

Another idea about a safer dart is somekind of rubber end(i tink its safer) my dad said he might be able to get them from work. I didnt use stefans b/c my dad thot thy would be to dangerous and some of my friends(some real ass holes) my shoot at each others eyes(like wat happened to mac) but any way i will give more details about tips if ya want and wen i get them
