I've been going to wars since before you joined this site, I think I've earned the right to miss a few here or there.

I really do feel bad about missing this one since it's only an hour away but shit happens.

I have access to about 2 acres in Brecksville and a few parks in Medina county if anyone still wants to do some nerfin....

You never acknowledged that this war was happening, let alone your attendance. If you still want to Nerf, I'm game. The field is still available, I just didn't want to drag all my guns down there, to Nerf by myself.

@ atomatron- I haven't updated the attendance, it would have been Boisie, myself, and 2 guests. Crom storm was apparently going to show up later, but I wasn't getting my hopes up.

A lack of response? You can Nerf with 8 people and still have a good time. I know this, for at MiniSnowta there was a total of 6 people there and it was still a good war. Just my opinion...

My work schedule is pretty bad.... Ive been laid off since september of 2007... Im working part time for every contractor in the county and occasionally working my main job... it all seems to come together fri-sun when typically young punk rednecks skip out on their jobs after drinking all night long...


I had 2 passengers until about 12min ago... I think I can pester one until he still comes and maybe pick up anotehr since this war is so close for us.

You never know in Cleveland though, there's no such thing as a forecast, they're called guesses.

Well that was fine war. Pretty cold at first but, it warmed up nicely.

Pros:
-11 people showed up, and were ready to Nerf.
-Having my Angel breeched longshot kick ass toward the end of the day.
-Having the Marine Corps show up for training and just being like "Oh shit" as literally 100's of soldiers piled out of cars.
-Watching my friend's girlfriend beat the shit out of Boisie.
-Absolutely intriguing some passing skaters, with modified guns.
-Shooting one of said skaters in the head, with an angeled longshot, after he refused to put down a loaded BBBB.
-Surprisingly having very few kids show up, and getting to use the wooden jungle gym all day long.
-Shooting people for the first time in a couple months.
-Mr.Badwrench showed up, and dragged this poor kid along. It looked like he began to like Nerf toward the end of the day.

Cons:
-Not having many darts at all.
-Getting beat with a CPVC pipe after I stole Boisie's Mountain Dew.
-I didn't organize enough games at the end of the day, and so we got like 3 rounds in, in 2 hours.
-My Doomsayer shit out on me at 3:30 a.m. just as i was getting it ready for the war.

Overall a pretty fun time. We didn't Nerf as much as I would have liked, but we got some nerfers together and socialized. We got at least the first 3 hours of good nerfing in. Hope to see you all again in the summer.

Henry had a good time.... Fortunately he did not know I had 3 modded mags for the MS with me or he would have lost all my darts instead of just some of them. He's an airsoft player so he did not expect Nerf to be as much fun... He admits when he is wrong.
We are going to have a local war soon, It will be mostly airsoft fanboys using my guns so who knows how it will turn out.

Gecko, that was a pvc pipe that flew out of some foam insulation. And you did eventually get a mountain dew. And you heard my reasons for not giving you one.



And when did she beat the shit out of me? I just remember her PMSing all over the place, even when I found proof that she was wrong. And I'm soory she kept sticking her head out as the only target. I think we've gone over this a couple times. In many threads.



But overall, it was a good day. Glad so many people made it out.
