SouthEast Nerf Outing (SENO)




When: March 29th @ 10AM

Where: Garrett Elementary School
1100 Eisenhower Drive
Augusta, Georgia 30904

What to bring:
- Eye protection (This is mandatory)
- Proper clothing
- Enough fluids and edibles to keep you going
- Enough ammo for your weapons
- Your nerf guns
- Some money just in case we order pizza
- Ball gun if you have it.
- Side arm (Pistol)

Notes
- Eye protection is mandatory for everyone under 18. We are not accountable if you sustain injury due to not wearing eye protection. There were some hi-power guns in play for summer SENO, and this time around, a good majority of the Augusta nerfers will be fielding BBBBs.
- Singled titans are banned. Period. Other than that, guns will be judged on a case-by-case basis, so bring a backup weapon just in case. Airguns will be heavily regulated and that BB gun thing that gut had is so banned.
- Dangerous guns will be banned on the spot. So put that howitzer away...
- Homemades will be allowed (SNAPbows, +bows, etc.), unless they violate the rule above.
- Loaner guns will be available for guests.
- We will probably chip in to buy pizza if some of us want to, so bring some money.
- Public facilities (water fountains, restrooms, etc.) may or may not be available, depending on if the Garrett Gym is open on that day, which I doubt. So make sure you're okay with that.
- Park in the parking lot right next to the playground, that is where our staging area is.
- The fields in the pics will have a little more cover. There will be cardboard emplacements to add more cover.
- Anyone getting on the roof will be lynched.

Alright so let's get the ball rolling on dates. What's the best week in March for you all to attend? April will not work for Augusta due to the fact the Master's tournament makes traffic a nightmare.

As for the date, we could probably squeeze it in somewhere in July, seeing as the Tune-up war is in April and the SOF war is in August (could that be summer SENO?).

Even if the numbers from the NIC might be low. We will do it before tuneup. There is already a summer SENO in the works.

Sorry but Veggy and I are going to have to sit this one out. We can't make this many trips up there a year if we plan on coming to Fall, Summer, and the SOF one.

holy cow! I didn't even know we were doing a spring SENO! Haha, but I'm not complaining. Thanks Zax for picking up the tab on this one, I've been very busy with school and haven't had much time for nerf.

As of right now, I am a maybe. I'll speak to the rest of my group about this. Chances are, at least two or three of LoS will be able to make this.

I'm thinking towards the end of March (21st or 28th?). I will be out of town the first weekend and SATs are the 14th (I think).

EDIT: I just read the revisions to the rules. Getting on the roof FTW!

I mentioned it to ya the other night shadow. I am pushing the potential indoor war to later in the summer.

I know numbers may be small but I am bringing my guys out regardless and if we have even 3 people we shall have a war.

And I don't want to have to shoot someone else off the roof...

Nor get shot in the shoulder again with that BB gun that made me straight up run with blood... It ruined my nerf shirt.

Any type of round we want to do is possible. Whatever will help the players get ready for the season ahead of us. For instance, my request is an FFA with no allies. It is always good for me in order to hone my running and tactics on players.

I also thoroughly enjoyed the "Ultimate Primary Slinger" that we had at the end of the last SENO.

I'd be very likely to come if the war were to fall on first OR last weekend in March. It''ll probably just be me, but I need all the practice I can get. And the Ultimate Primary Gunslinger is definitely worth a repeat, although I intend to take it a bit easier this time. After the last one, I had trouble walking for a week...

The third weekend in March my clan is doing Humans vs Zombies, so I'm out that weekend, the following Saturday is the Carolina Cup so I'm out that day. Sunday March 29th is a slight possibility for me.
